We arrived on a Friday afternoon and had signed up for 3 bedroom but was increased to a 4 bedroom as there were no 3 bedrooms available. People are correct, a car is needed to go to the pool and amenities...it is a large complex. The staff were nice and when we needed help at our condo, the management came timely (needed a plunger). The dishes were sparse but there was enough to cook meals for 5 people. Washing machine was helpful. My suggestion is to bring your own trash bags (those included were very flimsy), coffee filters (not the cone kind), laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent as they just do not give enough for a week. Bring your own pool towels as the ones they provide with the towel card are lacking. My only complaint is that the air conditioning could not be dropped lower than 72; some bedrooms were warmer than others and the some of the ceiling fans were unable to be adjusted to a faster speed (pull cords were missing). I did not complain to management about this but just be aware.

We had to deal with a "host" company for our unit. The Washer/dryer was not working and host company was terrible, rude and unprofessional. The showed up prior to 7am TWO Different days without calling or providing any sort of notice to "fix" washer/dryer. Washer/dryer still not fixed when we left and the "host" company never responded to our messages - just sent people prior to 7am to try and fix it. When we asked for extra towels, because the washer/dryer was not working, they wanted us to jump through hoops to get them. I told them I was on vacation, they had inconvenienced me and my family by not having a working washer/dryer and I was not going to rearrange my day just to go sit the dirty towels out. Said they would make management aware and someone would call me back -when we returned for the day we did have clean towels sitting outside our door, however, we neve received a call back from the "HOST" company. So many opportunities where they could have made it right. Property is nice, the front desk people, pool and restaurant people were great but the "host" company ruined it for us.

We enjoyed our stay as it was nice to get away for a while. The house and area was clean but the rooms were very bare. The beds has a sheet for blanket so the nights were very cold especially since it was the coldest weather Florida has seen . There was not extra trash bags so we had to buy our own . We placed trash in the outdoor bin and not even five mins later a raccoon was opening the lid and crawling inside so we had to keep all trash inside scared it would come back . The pool area was beautiful but the lazy river section water heater was not working so we had to stick with the kiddy pool and hot tub . The bar/ restaurant also closed down super early (around 7) every night except our last night because they thought it was too cold to have people show up.. and we tried most nights and could never get anything till last night . They advertised bingo and our family was very excited to play only to find out they would only do it if they had a minimum buy in so it got cancelled.

This is an older property, and our unit was at the back of the complex. It is a long walk to the pool area. We had a small bedroom and bath downstairs. There are 2 bedrooms with private baths upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and has a good amount of work surface. The living room furniture is fairly comfortable but is older and appears to need a good cleaning. We enjoyed the soft comfortable beds. What we disliked was the patio area. It is not screened in, and I got dozens of bug bites. The trash containers and all of the A/C units sit adjacent to the patios. At times multiple A/C units are running. There isn't any vegetation to enjoy. The view is of white poly fence and house tops from the neighboring area.

2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse. When you opened the door you could smell the disinfectant. Everything was clean, no surprises behind the doors, furniture and bathroom. We hear no noise from neighbors or outside. Internet and TV work very well. Very secure location with 24-hour guard and fence around the resort. My favorite is the lazy river. You can bring your own floating accessories. Employees regularly cleaned the resort’s tiles with disinfectant. Everything was super clean. The restaurant offers affordable prices for food and ice cream 😉. This was our 2nd visit to this resort and never disappointed.

Do not book here… although the pool is very appealing the staff and actual townhouses are not worth it. I stayed in July of 2023 when we arrived there were no check in information which left us driving around aimlessly. We went into side and were told there was an extra $25 charge per person staying on top of the amount we paid for the townhouse. The townhouse was completely outdated and not very clean. We were given only enough towels for each person staying to shower once. We requested more towels they told us we were only going to be given those towels and to use our washing machine to clean the towels. Because when I’m on vacation I want to do laundry for my family. Then we attempted to do laundry to have clean towels the washing machine had standing water in when we arrived… we attempted to run it to drain the water. The washing machine didn’t work.. at 10 PM I was literally hand wringing towels because the machine just did not spin and drain… doing laundry until 2:00 am is not what we paid for. When we contacted the consumer services they wanted us to wait around during our vacation to sent over a repairman we asked multiple times to just send us towels they would not… then we told them that we do not want anyone to come over while we are not here because of valuable in the home. They sent someone over when no one was here and they could not even get the washing machine to turn on… completely frustrating stay not clean not updated and not a good trip because of it

We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa, was only able to stay in 3 of the bedrooms where some sort of Florida bugs were all in the bed. We called the front desk who directed us to call the rental company which took two days to come spray. Ants all in the kitchen, pantry and floor (even after they sprayed) they had (6) towels in a 4 bedroom villa for 8 people! Any sort of problem we experience you could not go to the front desk, everything was directed to some international number you called to leave a voicemail waiting for them to call back! The rooms are NOWHERE close to the pool or game room! Will not stay here again, ever! At least 28 minutes from Disney parks, and 45 minutes from universal

The units are several years old so validate especially the floor coverings. Carpets are not always cleaned properly. We took a trip to Disney with our family of 7. The distance from Disney was about 30 min which was easy to do after a busy day at Disney. We were able to enjoy the surroundings and a break between visits to Disney.

We have stayed in this resort before and the experience was good. The unit we stayed in this time was dirty and had bugs in the kitchen. There were minor maintenance issues as well. The kitchen appliances were very dated and dirty. We have never stayed in a place with AFVC that was this bad. On a positive note, the cleaning staff was very responsive when we ask for an additional dishwasher soap packet. There was a safe in the unit but even that was broken. This unit needs to be completely remodeled.

The accomodation itself is a nice size, the grounds are nice, the pool is not so convenient to access. The pool towels are not nice and they make it complicated. There is a "pool towel card", business card style, which they charge $10 for if lost, you get one for each member of your party which must be returned at checkout, as well as the bands to access entry to units and grounds. Our unit had no hot water in one shower for 3 days, the other shower was very slow draining, the property management was not great, but eventually fixed the issues. The shower without hot water was not fixed, but we were told to leave the handle on "cold" as the mechanism was installed improperly. Hot tub wasn't hot. Not close to themeparks. Would be unlikely to stay again.
