The South Beach Inn is low-key and family friendly. Straight up, if you like fancy hotels you won't be happy here. This is a no frills place. There is no housekeeping, but they are extremely friendly and will provide you with fresh towels and whatever else you need as you need it. We stayed 8 nights here, and it wasn't...

This place is right on the beach and the staff is very friendly. If you are looking for an updated, service-first place, this one isn't for you. If you are looking for a true slice of Florida and spending time on the beach is what you want, you will love this place. Rooms were clean and had every amenity we...

We stumbled over this nice little motel during our stay last August (2012), and we were so fond of it that we had to come here again - it is located directly on the beautiful, nearly uninhabitated piece of Cocoa beach, with a great view on the Atlantic from the window (and the sound of the waves in the room)....

We stayed here last summer after our visit to Disney. Great old Florida feel. Flly furnished so we didn't have to spend a lot of money eating out. Nice, uncrowded beach. Very friendly staff. Great place to kick back and relax with the kids without the hustle and bustle of the bigger beach areas. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a joint family vacation here after a week at Disney and I wish we would've just come here! It's the last hotel on beach. I loved the rooms very cottage and practical. Nothing fancy. People had pets. Every room had a table and chairs outside their room, everyone was friendly. Shelter with picnic tables and grill. Aidriondrack (sp)...

My review is EXACTLY what bearsma has already stated. We stayed a total of four days. Every morning we woke before sunrise, made coffee and sat in the Adirondack Chairs to watch the beautiful sunrise. I will also add that Jazzys Mainely Lobster is a MUST for the best seafood in Cocoa Beach. We WILL return.

This inn is cute and charming. Was not bothered by the age of the place,it was maintained well. Stayed in ground floor room and was surprised at how much room we had. Place was very adequate for our needs, with all appliances there. Was able to cook and eat most meals at our room, saved a lot of money. Only...

it was with a heavy heart that I departed from this charming, clean, well cared for establishment! I moved from New York, as a child,to Miami, and THIS is what Miami looked like in the mid 50's. Totally retro! The staff were VERY helpful and did not hesitate to cater to our any need. They are as charming as this...

1950's time capsule of Cocoa Beach. Friendly staff and guests on a very quiet stretch of beach away from the touristy craze. Large rooms and nice courtyard are perfect for dog-owners who want their furry family members to enjoy the stay also. There is no pool, but the ocean is directly accessible through a pathway. Parking is pretty easy, but...
