Quiet, laid back and off the beaten path. Bill and Geri care about being innkeepers. Our rooms were clean and tidy with a wonderful homey and decorative flair. The kitchenette unit we had was well stocked with a few extras and attention to detail. We highly recommend and would definitely return.

One of our favorite places to stay that we'll definitely stay at again when we visit the Everglades. The little special touches that make this motel a place to remember are all due to the owner's pride of ownership. They welcomed us and gave us great tips on places to see and restaurants to eat at. Their recommendations were spot...

We initially booked two motel rooms for the five of us, but Bill suggested the mobile home which worked out great for us and is cheaper. With the full kitchen, we were able to make breakfast and dinner for ourselves. When the local grocery store sold out egg, Bill even brought us eggs from his home! The mobile home was...

We were very pleased with our stay at the Parkway Motel and Marina. It is hard to find places close to The Everglades. This motel is small. Our room was very nicely appointed. We appreciated the personal attention of the owners. At the time of our visit the eastern part of Florida was being visited by a hurricane. The western...

Parkway Motel is usually for a fishing trip, its a comfortable motel with some renovations. They have a marina with 12 slips that accommodates boats up to 26 feet with a shallow draft; near by is Outdoor Resorts of America which has 25 slips that take boats up to 21 feet with a draft of 18 inches.

Booked three nights here when looking for a place to stay on our first fishing trip to Chokoloskee. Bill and his wife were great during the reservation process several months in advance and were there to welcome us when we arrived. Our cottage was fresh and clean and provisioned with the basic essentials for cooking. Livingroom was very comfortable with...

We stayed in the Parkway a few years ago. This visit found a much improved accommodation. New decor, appliances, etc. The total experience was much more enjoyable. The motel which is near Everglade City has that great remote feeling that we enjoy It's also close to boat rides etc.

We try to visit twice a year, and always stay at Parkway. Typically we have the cottage but this year our dates changed and Bill & Geri were so accommodating to move things around for us to have adjoining motel rooms. We loved them! Immaculate with comfy beds and charming decor. You can't beat the rate and we kept our...

This is not a 5-star hotel. But for what it is, we loved it. Chokoloskee is a really small town, very close to the Gulf entrance to the Everglades National Park. The motel has 5 rooms, attractively decorated. Ours had a queen bed and a double, a tiny, but perfectly functional bathroom and a surprisingly well equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette...

Rooms were very comfortable, the owners friendly and helpful . We were four fishermen who were able to walk across the street to the marina and meet up with our fishing guides. We will definitely go back to Parkway.
