We went during Memorial Weekend 2016. The campground is nice and clean. The staff spaces are okay. People were being a bit loud but it was a holiday weekend. the beach and park are spectacular and very close. There are also great restaurants 5 min driving time. Because the entrance is the same to the campground and beach the line...

This is a wonderful town park right on the ocean . Watch the cruise ships come and go! Surf! Fish! If you can get in, anyway. They don't participate in Reserve America and when it gets busy you have to call back again and again. They are trying to upgrade and fix this--at least they have a website-- but it...

The overall park is great including the beach, pier, pavillion, playground, campgrounds and facilities. It's nice to watch the ships go in and out of the port. We enjoyed staying in our nice little cabin too. HOWEVER, there was trash scattered everywhere. They need stricter rules on littering and a better maintenance crew. It's so unfortunate people have such little...

The park itself is fine however AVOID parking by a rental. They DO NOT understand campground etiquette. They are 2 sites over and have about 20 people at the site, decided to walk 4 dogs over to my site and let them potty here, I watched them. I politely asked them not to and they denied them going, they claimed...

Great staff that was extremely helpful, even let us change camp sites, which made us extremely happy, even though there is a great ocean breeze, if you are not in the shade, it's miserably hot. The beach here is absolutely amazing! Clean, unspoiled, quiet and simply beautiful! Jetty pier perfect for fishing and also very quiet and clean! Playground new...

Stayed here for second time and would came back again. It is reasonably priced, clean and right on the beach. It was very convenient for our family as we booked a cruise which docked only 5 mins away. Our son and family stayed in a cabin which was small but adequate, although there are no cooking facilities in the cabins.

We booked last minute even though there were mixed reviews we decided to try it out. We had a great time just chillaxin, walking to the beach and watching the cruise ships go right past our door! We sat every night on the jetty and listened to our music. Best do nothing trip we have had in a long time.

We arrived on a Monday, bathrooms were never cleaned or had soap even after days of repeated complaints. Finally the day before leaving it was addressed. Also, they allow vehicles into the campgrounds without being registered. There was a vehicle that drove around for hours stopping and talking to many campers (asking them to check the bathroom for his girl...
