Stayed at this Motel this past weekend and absolutely Loved It! Very clean, quiet and cozy! Close to Everything! Felt very safe and welcomed! I had guests that visited during my stay and they were so accomodating and provided extra parking spaces as there is only 1 space per room. Was so awesome to walk out of the room and...

Loved the pelican and the staff! Also very clean they definitely take pride in that we saw then cleaning 1 room and they probably spent all day! Super close to the beach, food, and gift shops! A friend of ours stayed in a different hotel that looked a lot the same and paid at least twice the amount! I would...

Very cute and cozy, not the hilton but great place to stay. Could use a pool but only 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to the pier. Great value for the money. Centrally located, walked to several stores and ice cream shop.

Heading north from Naples we made a last minute decision to stop here for the night on our way home. We were originally supposed to spend a week in the area but due to family needs we had to cancel. We arrived tired and were not disappointed. The beds were very comfy and the sheets clean and crisp. We were...

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Post. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. We liked the location (if not directly on the beach.) The room could have been stocked with more items. Not like a hotel where you get soap, shampoo, conditioner in case you left yours at home. We had to ask for a few other...

I booked my brother, his wife and their young teen for a room for 3 nights at the Pelican Post so they could drive down from Gainesville to visit with our mom, who is elderly and was on the island for a stay in her trailer home nearby. Both my brother (not picky) and my sister-in-law (a bit picky) said...

When staying in Bradenton Beach the Pelican Post is a great place to stay, is clean, staff is friendly and will assist on anything, one block from town, close to the beach. Don't pass this by, it is a gem.

My family of 5 stayed in the "Cottage" a few weekends ago. It was perfect. It's definitely a taste of Old Florida, but it's clean and charming and situated in an amazing area. It's not really touristy, everyone is so laid back and friendly. You're a block away from Bridge street which has some amazing dining and shops. A 2...

We stayed here for 1 night and had a very nice stay. We arrived late and although the office was closed there was a note left for us with where to park and showing us to our room. The rooms are fairly small and kitsch but very cute an clean, with everything you could need. Our room had a (small)double...

For those of us who love the "old Florida" this is the place to be. Built in the 50's the Pelican retains the charm of the laid back days. Clean, comfortable, and perfect location. An easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owners are friendly and helpful and continue to make improvements on the property. We had a...
