We honeymooned here 6 years ago and decided to come back. We were not disapointed. Property is kept up and still has a calm quiet feel. Private beach access just accross the street from sister resort next door.(lounge chairs includded) Bay veiw in back of property. Heated pool, and grills available. Great spot for the money. This is not a...

We have stayed here on several occasions for the last 5 years and have never been disappointed. The cottages are perfect and comfortable. With the kitchen and cottage fully equipped, all we have to bring is food and our swim suits. The trolley is conveniently located across the street, so we never have to drive once we arrive. The beach...

Loved everything about the place! We were in the gulf front cottage and it was perfect! The pool is very nice & the gulf is just across the street. do yourself a favor- get up early and walk past the pool to the pier. you will get to see a stunning sunrise over the bay! Beautiful, peaceful place! We plan...

Found this small property on Trip Advisor. I hope my review does it justice. It is hard to find, even if it is on the main street (Gulf). It has small frontage. Pull in the drive and you realize it is a small street, with beautiful trees and landscaping. on the north side of the street are a series on...

Over the years, we have stayed at Tradewinds multiple times; we have tried other locations on the island too, but none of them are as great as the time we have while staying at Tradewinds. The staff are always friendly and accommodating; the units are always in great condition upon arrival and it is a quiet location. There are also...

If you are looking to relax and unwind, you must visit Tradewinds. Lots of families and couples and EVERYONE is so nice and friendly!! Our unit was clean and inviting and we wished we could have stayed longer. The beach is white sand, the water crystal clear and refreshing! So relaxing!

We loved it here. It was clean, quiet, beautiful. Our porch faced the bay and we were able to watch the boats go by. There was a private fishing pier right there, chairs to sit on, could watch the fish. The pool was clean and beautiful. Beach across the street, not far at all. Restaurants within walking distance. Definition of...

My favorite place to get away and NOT leave town...love Tradewinds Resort...very friendly staff ...just pack your bathing suit and sunscreen, they supply beach towels, lounge chairs, umbrella, floats and the most beautiful private beach..why would you go any where else..cute little vintage cottages surrounded by lush tropical plants, trees and coconut palms...close shopping ..no need to drive ..the island...

This was our 5th visit to Tradewinds. We don't even want to try a different place because this resort has exactly what we are looking for.I won't dwell on the often mentioned "tropical foliage","quaint cottage style".But i can't say enough about the pool area.Plenty of space and loungers for when you want to get away from the salt and sand for...

We loved our 3 night stay so much in the beginning of May that we are back again now May 25-29th! We had a North cottage #18 and loved the size of it, the amenities, the ability to sit on the porch and view the Bay and the pool. Immaculate place, friendly staff.
