Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Musty, old smoke smell, old, run down with cockroaches all over the room. Sleep on a park bench instead of this place. I left and did not stay leaving the key at the office requesting the charges be reversed on my card, they were not and are now in dispute.

If you like a rough atmosphere, this is the place for you. Live the low life for a day! Stayed in one of the "Deluxe" rooms, meaning you could still count the numerous cigarette burn stains on the bathtub and there was at least one plate and a fork in the kitchenette cabinet. You will love the friendly manangement: Manager on duty Kirit will entertain you by yelling at his guests across the parking lot or, if you are lucky, directly at you for daring to voice a complaint. And enjoy the amenities: the kitchen equipment is beyond filthy, the pool a plain health risk, and the heavily advertised internet service spotty and unreliable. Went there for the price and the promise to have internet and phone service in the room, cheap it was, I guess you get what you pay for, but five out of seven days the wireless internet was not working at all. My advice: avoid if you can.

The Homing Inn rooms have been completely renovated. The hotel is limited service hotel whereby if you pay the daily rate then only will you receive daily housekeeping service. The deluxe efficiencies are 240 sq. ft. and can hold a maximum of two people. The efficiency can either have two twin beds or one queen size bed. Both non-smoking and smoking rooms are available. The wifi internet service has been repaired. For more information and recent pictures, please visit our website. Thank you.

So I stayed at this place for a week, and I tell you they are running a Meth Lab in this hotel. Wh0res, pimps and drug addicts are the primary customers. Every night I was awoken by screaming. Walking through the breeze way I was propositioned for drugs.

However the funniest thing are the pictures posted advertising the Inn, the first 4 pictures are fake. Period. This is false advertising.

The highlight of my stay was watching a drug dealer and his girlfriend get kicked out of their room, with plastic bags and all.

You've been warned. This got a 1 point rating because they don't have -1 rating..

Gotta love a place that needs 100 "don't do drugs here" signs in the office. There were holes in the wall and a frozen towel in the freezer. My husband and I are not finicky, and neither of us would take off our clothes and get in the bed. No one even bothers to take the dirty old mattress or the littered chicken detritus out of the parking lot. The only reason I'm giving it two dots instead of one is because I did not, in fact, get shot here.

This place is terrible. Booked off hotwire.com and just needed a place for a quick stay. The rooms are nasty. The tub/shower has stains in it. The towels had stains on them and it looks ghetto completely. I was waiting for roaches to run everywhere. The people outside were shady and unsettling. Lol I actually saw aand experienced prostitution attempts. The service sucked here. Third world countries have better. Please for the love of God dont bring yourself or your family here.

Bad Area of Boynton Beach. Rooms smelled, Refridgerator rusty and dusty on top.
No blankets, Bedspread was it. Sheets were washed, but permmently stained.
Beds looked as they were on their last legs. Parking lot was not well lighted. Man on balcony walk out in underwear only. Spoke to someone staying there, made the same mistake I did. A lot of long term stays (transients) living there. Pool cleaned once a week.
Prior he overheard small drug sales going on. etc. Had to leave, could not spend even one night ther. Would never go to sleep. too afraid.

Old and dirty. Manager says at breakfast you can olny have 1 roll and 1 cup of coffee.
Overpriced. Should cost $4.99 for what you get. This is probably the worst place I have stayed at. I would sleep in my car before I would stay here again.

the room was small danty for the small kitchenette, towels were worse than a brillo pad, the customer service was very low, you only get clean towels every other day. If you're looking for a quiet, family friendly stay - LOOK ELSEWHERE! If you're looking for the ambience of a Third World shantytown, complete with huge piles of trash and wandering, glue-eyed vagrants - You've Found Your Destination...you'll feel like barricading yourself in your room, only to realize there's an unsettling odor (the combination of stale cigarettes, mold, and bodily fluids soaked into all fabric surfaces) and that you somehow feel more uncomfortable inside than outside your room. Open furnishing of hard drugs amongst discarded mattresses and piles of previous residents' clothes complete the grim scene when you peer out your window, waiting for dawn to come.

This dump is a hell hole. We reserved a non smoking room and when we enter the room it smell so bad a cigarette. Let me start we found blood stain in the floor, bed sheets and towels. The so call kitchenette was dirty and full of cockroaches. The bed sheets and curtains has cigarettes burns in it. To make matter worse because we arrived so late the were no manager not supervisor on duty to authorize my refund so we can leave this dump. I called early in the morning booking.com to complaint and cancel the rest of my reservation. When I went to the front desk a gentleman who didn't identify himself gave me the refund and never try to knowledge the situation. I just don't get why they don't close this hell hole for good.
