we live in Boynton but we have family stay here when they come to town.
They say the rooms are very nice and the staff is friendly and very polite.
The beds are very good and the rooms are always clean. The kids think it is a neat place to stay. Most like the fact is is near a lot of stores,restaurants to go eat or visit. Parking is good and they have always been treated very well. They now request that they stay there as it is about 3 minutes from our home.
They say the rooms are very nice and the staff is friendly and very polite.

Stayed for 13 nights, overall a very pleasant experience. Stayed in the king suite, and although a bit dated, the room was clean. Layout of the room consisted of a bedroom area and living room area separated by a wall (no door). Nothing fancy or overly spacious, but each area did have its own tv so if one wanted to sleep while the other watched tv, or if two people wanted to watch different shows, they were able to do so. Per our request upon checking in, along with a reminder each morning, our room was cleaned daily (I would strongly recommend requesting this if you desire daily cleaning). When we returned to the room, it looked clean and neat, smelled fresh, and was well stocked with a nice supply of towels, soap, cups, etc. Breakfast was the basic Hampton breakfast, but everything was restocked throughout the course of the breakfast so even if you got there late, most items were still available (a couple of times we didn’t see bananas but simply asked for them and they were brought out). Entire staff was quite pleasant and accommodating, from the housekeeping staff to the breakfast staff to the front desk staff, but Najhi was exceptional, going above and beyond from the time we checked in to the time we checked out to ensure that our stay was as pleasant and comfortable as possible!!!

This property was perfect. The location is very good to visiting the beach, Delray and the surrounding areas. Restaurants are in walking distance which was nice after a long day of travel and running around during the day. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location. Each member of the Hampton Inn team was positive and upbeat. They asked how you are doing and if there was anything they could do to make your stay better. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. I had two unique requests and each of them were granted which meant a lot to me. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay look no further. I cannot say enough good things about he staff at this location, superb!

It’s an older and outdated hotel. The room is very worn but it was clean as they could get it.
We spent less than 12 hours checked in due to a late flight arrival.
Breakfast was mediocre and typical for this type of chain hotel. The outdoor pool area is small. About 14 loungers and a 10x20 pool. It’s off a busy road and adjacent to a river.
The room has signs that housekeeping is by request unless you are staying more than 5 days. In that case, housekeeping visits once. You are required to request towel replacement and trash removal.
The area is nice with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel is about 2 miles off 95.

Be forewarned that this hotel will not service your room, even if you ask them to do so.
First, they have a small sticker on the poorly lit mirror over the sink that tells you that you must tell them to service your room. They never mentioned this at check-in. So the first day we return to our to find it unserviced. Took 2 tries for Housekeeping to bring us the correct amount of towels after calling the FrontDesk.
Second day, call the Front Desk in the morning and request that the room be serviced. Return to room that night, room not serviced. Go to Front Desk, explain situation, Housekeeping contacted. No apology, nothing, until I ask the rep if she has anything else she wants to say. She gives a less than sincere “sorry”. But then says it wasn’t her fault so she didn’t need to apologize, I explain that she represents the hotel and should be apologizing on it’s behalf. She says “whatever”.
Housekeeping again takes 2 tries to get us our correct towels.
Room is poorly designed. Lighting is terrible. Toilet takes 3 flushes to get it to work correctly.
Do not recommend staying here. I normally like Hampton Inns, this is the worst I have ever stayed at. Ownership and Management should be ashamed of themselves.

The hotel room had a musty smell and appeared clean when we first walked in, but then discovered live roaches on the end table between the 2 beds and crawling around on the carpet. The gentleman at the front desk with one piece of his eyeglasses (the wing) missing could not have been nicer and this was at 3:00am on May 9th 2024. We were deplaned twice from Jet Blue in LaGuardia for mechanical issues, then it was cancelled, then sent to Newark where that plane was delayed. We arrived at the West Palm Beach Airport at 2:30 am. Paid $50 for a cab to take us to the Hampton Inn to discover all of this. He offered another room, but being New Yorkers, roaches rarely stay in 1 room. We took an Uber back to the airport because the car rental wasn't open until 5a.m. We had been up from 6am the previous day for a 10am flight out of LaGuardia and arrived at 2:30am. We searched for another hotel and was very lucky to get a room at the Marriott Town Suite a block away from the Hampton Inn and the Marriott was DIVINE! Smelled great, clean, great bed and no roaches. By the way, I picked up the mattress to see the underside at the Hampton Inn and it was badly stained. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed here for more than two weeks as our home was under renovation. Our double Queen bed room was most comfortable and quite spacious. The beds provided just the right amount of firmnesses as I have a bad back and cannot sleep on soft beds. The bathroom was a good size and very bright. Shower pressure was excellent. There was plenty of storage areas in our room which was great for our long term stay. The hotel location is great - across the street from countless restaurants and within a two minute drive of many more. The hotel grounds are kept immaculate and the pool area is lush and most inviting. As long term guests we were grateful to have a laundry room located on premises. The included breakfast was terrific and included several varieties of eggs, biscuits and gravy, a waffle maker, breakfast meats, yogurts, cold cereals, hot oatmeal, bagels, breads, muffins, fresh fruits, coffee/tea/hot cocoa and a variety of juices. Staff continuously replenished items throughout breakfast hours. During our stay we noticed how spotless the staff kept the common areas of the hotel. Housekeeping (once every four days unless otherwise requested) was wonderful and assisted us with any requests such as extra soap, moisturizer, towels, etc. Our interactions with ALL members of the staff were exceedingly pleasant as everyone was very friendly and took the time to chat with us. We truly were made to feel at home throughout our stay.

A little off the main routes but a well designed, clean, facility and friendly staff. Mercedes, at check in, was a delight, always smiling and helpful. The two women that tend the breakfast area work hard to keep everything stocked and the area clean, even when the hotel is at capacity.
The room is simple but clean with a small kitchen area as well as a sofa for relaxing; I wish the larger one bedroom was available but those apparently are booked well in advance byt hose staying a month or longer.
There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores are nearby but it is a drive to the more popular destinations of Delray, Boca or even the Boynton Beach.

The hotel is easy to find on a main road but it is not facing the road. So, it was very quiet and the rooms didn’t overlook the road. My 4th floor room had a nice view of the pool. Every employee I interacted with was very friendly. The hotel was extremely clean and had hand sanitizer stations everywhere. There many were signs about the Covid precautions the hotel is taking. If you want housekeeping you must request it, otherwise they don’t enter the room, which is nice. (Please still tip housekeeping for each day too stay!)
The room was clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. It was nice having the extra space of the suite. There was a coffee maker, a mini-fridge, small microwave and safe. Lots of lights. Lots of outlets and USB ports. Curtains were blackout style to make the room nice and dark. I’m a little short so I really had to stretch to reach the rods you pull to adjust them. Thermostat let me keep the room nice and cold. Shower was good. Shower head was adjustable but too high for me to reach. A tall person could shower without having to duck. Buffet breakfast was extensive with different hot options each morning. Coffee was available all day. I didn’t try the pool or fitness room but it was a nice amenity. There was even a guest laundry room. There’s a little shop with snacks and stuff. The hotel is also very close to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets so you can quickly get anything you need. The parking lot wraps around the building so every spot is close to a door. Digital check in, check out and digital key on the phone means no waiting in lines and no need to interact if you don’t want to. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at Hampton Inn in Boynton Beach Florida and the hotel remains an excellent place to stay close to restaurants Starbucks Aveda hair salon pizza places and close to the highway.
The pool area is very clean the weight room area is very clean the hallways the lobby remain constantly cleaned and freshened throughout my stay.
Hats off to the managers both name Michael for running a excellent check in and check out process I would also like to give a shout out to Robert who is the maintenance man and the house keepers are very hard-working and the rooms were very clean everyone is wearing masks and respecting distancing.
Again hats off to both Michael’s for a great stay and I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I’m in town.
