We came here to visit my father and selected it based on location to his house. So, we were very pleasantly surprised to find it in such a convenient location to multiple restaurants, grocery stores and department stores. It also wasn't very far to the beach and beach parks. The Palm Beach Zoo was about 20 minutes away and a nice outing. The two bedroom unit was very spacious and impeccably kept. In fact, the entire hotel is kept so clean that it feels brand new. There was absolutely nothing in the hotel that needed updating or cleaning The unit has three televisions, two nice bathrooms, a full kitchen (including an oven and dishwasher), and a nice living area. I could easily have stayed comfortably for much longer than 5 days. It is a dog friendly hotel, but our room had absolutely no pet odor. There is a nice area to walk your pet and a quiet residential street to stroll if you want to go for a longer distance. Our golden retriever loved the shade! The lobby is clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and professional. The morning breakfast offered a waffle making station, a hot egg and breakfast meat selection each day and a selection of fruit, breads, and yogurts. The pool area is also nice and most days we ate our breakfast out there with no other guests in the area. There are multiple signs reminding guests to wear their masks and hand sanitizing stations in the lobby, by the elevators, and a dispenser in the elevator. They also offer alcohol wipes. We have been in multiple hotels since COVID and this one provided more sanitizing stations throughout the hotel than any other. They also had more signs reminding people to wear masks than any other hotel and all the staff wore masks. I felt safe at this hotel. Most hotels are not offering hot breakfast items or daily housekeeping because of COVID, yet they are charging the same prices. This hotel is providing all of the services you are paying for and following protocols to keep their guests safe. I definitely recommend this location and will be back again when in the area.

It's hard to find newer properties in Boynton Beach area. This hotel was a great find. Everything was in good condition and not beat up. Check in was a bit slow and we had an expired AAA card, which was not honored - but the other rate offered was less expensive. We were just there overnight. Breakfast area was a bit unruly, but we took a coffee and headed out.

The move to our house was delayed and we stayed at the Town Suites two times. The first time we were there for one week the second time for three weeks. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Our suite had a refrigerator, a small stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The rooms were well lit and there was a TV in the bedroom and family room. The breakfasts were very good. A nice variety of food. The staff were all helpful and professional.

We stayed 3 nights and had 2 rooms. Visiting family in the area. Stayed based on referral from family who’ stayed in March. Upon check in everything was smooth. Our rooms were renovated and looked clean. My in-laws room had a pull out bed full of pee stains when opened. And a broken AC unit. They moved them to a suite which was much better. Our room was fine 2 Queen beds and comfortable. We took kids to pool on day 1. It was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good every morning but I noticed garbages overflowing throughout morning and day in this area. Hand sanitizer stations in public areas were frequently out of sanitizer. Pool was never skimmed and feces was on edge of pool by 3rd day. Front desk was notified but it wasn’t cleaned. Someone that worked there came out with a hose and looked at it and never returned. On our checkout day, my son had feces on his sock. Tracked into room. It was in hallway!, This is a pet friendly hotel for an extra fee. But I guess guests don’t clean up after their pets. Staff at hotel doesn’t either. I did overhear that a maintenance worker walked off job? Hotel needs more staff or a larger labor budget. Marriott used to be reputable. This hotel needs attention and support from corporate level.

We evacuated to this hotel for Milton. Miles, Mercedes and Giselle were very helpful, friendly & accommodating. The hotel was booked full of families with pets, and while we were grateful for them allowing pets, given the hurricane evacuation, we found the pet fee to be a bit high. Again, we were so grateful that they took us with the pets. We needed 3 rooms for 3 nights, so finding a last minute hotel that could accommodate the 3 families was great. And, the staff was so very kind to all the families and guests. I'm a regular Marriott user. this hotel is family and budget oriented - which met our needs.

Checked in and everything seemed ok until it was time to go to bed.
Pulled out sofa bed and mattress was disgusting!!
Someone peed the bed and removed sheets, folded up sofa bed until we uncovered today.
Mattress was rusted and bottom of sofa bed had outline from liquid that seeped through mattress.
Maintenance man was disgusted, pulled out mattress that looked like it had been involved in a murder and brought in a totally stained queen sized mattress for a full size sofa bed.
Poor maintenance man had to then go and find sheets and bedding because there was none for the disgusting sofa bed (guess they really didn’t anticipate anyone sleeping on it).
To make matters worse, when sofa bed is pulled out there is no room to walk in room. There is not even enough space between two beds for (1) of my legs to fit! How am I going to get up in middle of night to use bathroom without hoping over someone and or folding up bed.
The big ottoman has no place in room when bed folded out. Room is not ADA compliant as one can not safely move she sofa bed is pulled out. If there were a fire, I would be dead, stuck, waiting to fold up sofa bed to exit room.
I am not in a wheelchair, but have limited mobility and this room is a nightmare to navigate through with lights on, can’t image in with them off.

I know someone that will not be sleeping tonight as I am so disgusted by site of mattresses (yes plural) that I don’t feel even feel comfortable. I have camped outside and slept in cheap motels, never have I ever seen a mattress that dirty.
For a hotel to even charge money and think that those mattresses are acceptable for public use is atrocious.

Upon check in they do a hold with your card without telling you (especiallywhen you already prepaid). I ran the water to hot in the room all the way up for 20 min at least and it was still was at best luke warm. I went to front desk and asked for hand soap etc since there was none in the room an diet them know about the water. They said "some rooms" need to run the water longer. Well the they shouldn't let those rooms out and/or tell you/give you a discount. I was also told that if I wanted extra things like soap, I could get them myself at the front desk. I reiterated ther was never any in my room to begin with expecting them to actually go and put it in my room yet that never happened. I had to get it from them myself. And the there was the fire alarm. I was warned the say of that there would be a fir alarm test. Ok fine, I get it. But it was freaking a fire alarm for like 2 hours long. And then it went off again an hour later!!!. Alos be prepared for no central heating/cooling. Its the old school cheap window system, which sucks and it super loud all night. What the heck am I paying for here!! Its clearly not convenience, comfort, relaxation! Kinda ruined my trip!

My wife and I stayed at this location Numerous of times, and each time it become a differnet issue, this time I felt bad for the staff. As I sat there and watch the general manager approach the staff of locking out of her clock. The staff looked so shattered where there was tears in the eyes. This type of treatment is very unprossfesional and uncalled for. As the young person aim to better their selves. And person like her want to treat the staff like slaves , they already not being what they deserves, and upon they have to deal with general manager with an attitude like that.

I won’t be return back to the location just because of this type of treatment the staff is getting so think about the guests. Then we wonder why the staff gives the guest a hard time it’s all the general manager.

I later approach the staff and ask what time do you off and the replay was 4:30. While this issue happen around 3:30pm why cut the staff of their time when you will be getting your full pay.

Why is the general manager taking food out of the staff mouths.

During time like this of Covid.

Stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding . 20 min to west palm airport. Always liked this hotel for the convenient location tk airport and family . Last stay was about 5 years ago . Room was comfortable with small kitchen . Although it was clean , there was a very strong perfume smell entering room , almost like it’s pumped in. The furnishings are definitely getting tired . Some stains on desk chair and worn spots on couch . Nice typical hotel breakfast included. Lobby furniture had many ripped chairs and carpet is stained . Pool area was nice. Didn’t use the gym this stay . Nice small hotel but now need of a refresh.

We are a couple in our 80’s who wanted a museum tour/romantic weekend in Palm Beach. Any of the hotels there that met our standards cost an arm and a leg, and those in our price range had many negative reviews. Solution: a hotel part of our favorite Marriott chain less than 20 minutes from Worth Avenue with a clean room, good shower, good in-room coffee (my wife said was as good as she’d ever had), a very good free breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet A/C and at a price less than $150 a night. Voila.... this property. While we were delayed slightly at check-in due to the obligatory New York couple complaining about this and that (which we know is unavoidable south of Palm Beach), the lady who then handled our reservation could not have been more courteous and professional. We would be very happy to return.
