Pulled out sofa bed and mattress was disgusting!!
Someone peed the bed and removed sheets, folded up sofa bed until we uncovered today.
Mattress was rusted and bottom of sofa bed had outline from liquid that seeped through mattress.
Maintenance man was disgusted, pulled out mattress that looked like it had been involved in a murder and brought in a totally stained queen sized mattress for a full size sofa bed.
Poor maintenance man had to then go and find sheets and bedding because there was none for the disgusting sofa bed (guess they really didn’t anticipate anyone sleeping on it).
To make matters worse, when sofa bed is pulled out there is no room to walk in room. There is not even enough space between two beds for (1) of my legs to fit! How am I going to get up in middle of night to use bathroom without hoping over someone and or folding up bed.
The big ottoman has no place in room when bed folded out. Room is not ADA compliant as one can not safely move she sofa bed is pulled out. If there were a fire, I would be dead, stuck, waiting to fold up sofa bed to exit room.
I am not in a wheelchair, but have limited mobility and this room is a nightmare to navigate through with lights on, can’t image in with them off.
I know someone that will not be sleeping tonight as I am so disgusted by site of mattresses (yes plural) that I don’t feel even feel comfortable. I have camped outside and slept in cheap motels, never have I ever seen a mattress that dirty.
For a hotel to even charge money and think that those mattresses are acceptable for public use is atrocious.
I won’t be return back to the location just because of this type of treatment the staff is getting so think about the guests. Then we wonder why the staff gives the guest a hard time it’s all the general manager.
I later approach the staff and ask what time do you off and the replay was 4:30. While this issue happen around 3:30pm why cut the staff of their time when you will be getting your full pay.
Why is the general manager taking food out of the staff mouths.
During time like this of Covid.
