We picked the Royal Rose Inn B&B for our short trip to see Rehoboth Beach. This place was great from the moment we stepped on to the big front porch. Andy welcomed us as if we were old friends. Our room was on the front of the house and was spacious with private bath. Very quiet for being right in...

We booked our stay at the last minute, and from our first contact on the phone, the owner Andy was warm and welcoming. At check in, he greeted us quickly and showed us to our room. It was our first experience staying in a B&B, and it really felt just as comfortable as home. We had plenty of space and...

We stayed at the Royal Rose Inn in June 2014. The host does an amazing job by thinking through every detail to make sure you have a great time (like mini-coolers for the beach that you can borrow, fresh lemonade at all times in the fridge for everyone, even band aids and cotton swabs in bathrooms). Great location, really close...

Stayed at the Royal Rose Inn B&B from 6/11/14 - 6/15/14. Andy was absolutely fantastic and we were impressed with the breakfasts every morning. The rooms are very ceaning and cozy. We loved the fact that we could park right behind the B&B. We can not wait to come back down to Rehoboth Beach to stay there.

We recently enjoyed our second visit to the Royal Rose and it felt like coming to visit an old friend. The atmosphere is so casual and laid back that it makes relaxing easy. Breakfast on the porch each day is a nice chance to chat with other guests or if you prefer just sit and enjoy the morning paper. We...

My wife and I visited the Royal Rose over mothers day weekend , which we stretched to Monday afternoon, to enjoy the beach one last time! We felt very welcomed and loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Who needs the car? It was happy sitting in the off street parking and we were happy to walk! Andy, our...

The inn is located within easy walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. The on site parking is another plus. Breakfasts provided a variety of options and were served buffet style in a well lit enclosed porch overlooking the front garden and street. Our host was attentive without being intrusive. The shared areas of the B & B...

We recently made our third visit. Best place to stay in the area. We usually book 3 or more rooms and come with the family. Sisters and brothers-in-law. Spent many hours, each visit, on the screened in front porch having a great time. The breakfast is very good and homemade. The rooms are very comfortable. My favorite is the second...

Me and my two girl friends stay and the Royal Rose Inn every year. We go to start our Christmas shopping at the outlets but come back every year because we love Andy and the Royal Rose Inn. We have been going for so long it feels like coming home.

Royal Rose Inn is our new favorite Rehoboth B&B -- and we’ve stayed in several. Why do we like it so much? It’s all in the details. The location is great: just a block and a half from the beach, and a very short block to all the shops on the main drag. But what really makes Royal Rose Inn...
