We just got home from our second trip to Royal Rose, and we'll be returning later in the summer--we love it that much! Andy runs a great B&B and is always accommodating to anything you might need. Breakfast is excellent every morning. We love the location; it's close to the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, etc. and you can walk everywhere....

This was our third visit to Royal Rose Inn Bed and Breakfast and it continues to be our favorite place at the beach. We had a large, comfortable room on the first floor and were able to check in as soon as we arrived on Friday, which was around noon. Having great beach weather all weekend certainly helped, but again...

Quaint and clean this little B&B in the heart of Rehoboth Beach was perfect for us. The proprietor Andy was kind and helpful and prepared a nice breakfast including an egg dish and fruit each morning. We stayed in the Antique Rose room which was a bit small but adequate and clean. The bathroom was recently renovated and quite nice....

Andy was awesome and the room was quaint but spacious. Its located within walking distance of everything so you won't need your car. Park it in back and save yourself the headache of trying to find parking! Ask to have the blueberry cream cheese french toast made one morning. Its delicious!

This was our first visit ever to Delaware and we chose the Inn based on TripAdvisor reviews. We arrived on a Monday and departed on Friday. Essentially, the Inn is a former home from 1921, I believe (there is a historic plaque out front). We were greeted by Andy who showed us to our room, gave us a few tips,...

I'll echo the other positive reviews here by adding that Andy runs a great place--not fancy, thank goodness--but very comfortable. The breakfasts are healthy and plentiful, the porch setting our favorite part. On both visits, guests have been respectful of others' peace & quiet--and as you know, that's not always the case in B & B's/Hotels/Motels. We recommend Royal Rose...

Returned to the Royal Rose with my husband for a birthday weekend, and again had a wonderful stay. I would suggest requesting rooms on the first floor as the second floor rooms have slanted ceilings (at least ours did). Nice host, great location, park the car and forget it, comfy screened porch when you tire of the beach and a...

We picked the Royal Rose Inn B&B for our short trip to see Rehoboth Beach. This place was great from the moment we stepped on to the big front porch. Andy welcomed us as if we were old friends. Our room was on the front of the house and was spacious with private bath. Very quiet for being right in...

We booked our stay at the last minute, and from our first contact on the phone, the owner Andy was warm and welcoming. At check in, he greeted us quickly and showed us to our room. It was our first experience staying in a B&B, and it really felt just as comfortable as home. We had plenty of space and...

We stayed at the Royal Rose Inn in June 2014. The host does an amazing job by thinking through every detail to make sure you have a great time (like mini-coolers for the beach that you can borrow, fresh lemonade at all times in the fridge for everyone, even band aids and cotton swabs in bathrooms). Great location, really close...
