We wanted a quick get- a- way for our anniversary. This was our first B&B stay and we were pleasantly surprised! Joe greeted us ,with a smile, at the front door and immediately showed us to our (garden) room. The room is comfortable and has french doors to the porch. The breakfast part of the deal was nice and we...

Joe and Dave thought of everything. We enjoyed the decor of the Sunflower Room. This room is equipped with a robe, pet bedding & towel, mini fridge, toiletries even special accommodations were made for female guest. Breakfast was nice and if you like night caps, there was pineapple infused vodka in the sitting room along with the hot beverages &...

We rented the Cottage for our anniversary and it was wonderful. Joe and David were so hospitable and friendly. We brought our yorkie puppy and the whole place was heaven for him! He loved the fenced off pretty big personal back yard where we could let him run around without worrying and Joe and David were great with our puppy...

We had difficulty deciding which room to book for our getaway weekend, but were so happy we chose the Sunflower Room - it is a bright room with vaulted ceilings and great windows. We contemplated changing our address to the gazebo in the dog yard, what a great idea for families with pooches! Joe and David are wonderful hosts, friendly...

The Hosts treated us like Royals! Lovely, comfortable and decorative room. A great hot omelet for breakfast. Short drive to the beach and restaurants. Lovely grounds. We'd stay again! WiFi and DVD in the room.

Could not have asked for a better pet-friendly bed and breakfast in Rehoboth Beach. From the check-in to the rooms and breakfast, everything was flawless. We stayed in the Garden Room, which was perfect for us with our dog because it had its own door onto the porch and lawn. The gazebo in the fenced-in dog run was a great...

The sunflower room was big and airy and very comfortable. The breakfasts were great, especially the omlets. Joe and David were very attentive. Overall, a very nice stay in Rehobeth Beach. This B&B was in a quiet area a few miles from the beach access and many fine restaurants.

Under new management since last we visited. Liked it then but more so now. They have redone much. Rooms very nice, stylish. Great breakfast. Hosts very personable. Easy parking. If there is any downside it is that this "back road" shortcut off route one is too well known and traffic can get busy. But thats minor. Rooms were quiet.

The owners are warm and friendly. The food is delicious and made to order. The room we were in was a bit small, but for the price was ok. Having our own bathroom was nice and it was very clean. The only reason we couldn't give 5 for this is because it was noisy at night due to the cars...

Great location to anywhere down the beach. The room was very clean and neat with access to the front porch...quite enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable too. Both owners hospitality was pleasant and receptive. The breakfasts were on point and the dining area was very accommodating and interesting. Would definitely come back in the future! Enjoyed the stay there!
