the Longwood botanical gardens nearby have a very good restaurant on the grounds that would be suitable for a special occasion dinner.

Lobby has Keurig machine for coffee or hot chocolate along with biscottis I believe. They would like men to wear jackets for dinner as it is a very nice restaurant, but as with most of what is occurring regarding dining out... More

Not having a pet, I do not know the answer. Just call the Inn and I am certain they will be able to provide their policy.
