We recently attended a wedding and stayed at the INN as guests. Our experience was outstanding! The cocktail hour was elegant and exquisite. There was plenty of room to mingle with guests and enjoy the jazz trio. Tables were placed throughout the area for those who found it more comfortable to sit and relax. Service, food and drinks were plentiful...

First let me clarify that I was a guest at a wedding here recently; not the groom or any other member of the wedding party. So my feedback is based on that role. The Cocktail Hour: The physical area was way too small for the guests. There were nowhere near enough tables and chairs to sit. There were only two...

Tony - thank you so much for your candid review as a guest at a wedding at The Inn at Longshore. I am dissapointed that we fell short of your expectations and we do take this very seriously for all of the guests...not just the bride or the groom. The cocktail hour room had 8 cocktail tables plus a sofa...so...

I can not begging to say what an amazing job The Inn at Longshore did with my wedding. The food is beyond outstanding and they could not have done more to make sure everything went just as planned. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a wedding that out shines all.

My wedding was amazing there. The views are so beautiful and the Inn is so quaint and lovely and vintage. The main room where the reception was held was so beautiful with the large windows and beautiful chairs. My bridal suite was nice and large so we had a small after party there. The only thing I would maybe recommend...

We had a terrific experience hosting our wedding reception at The Inn at Longshore. Upon arrival, the wedding party was greeted with champagne and we immediately headed towards the back for pictures. While we were taking pictures, waiters were nearby serving us drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Unfortunately, the coach bus we rented for some of our guests was late for...

While the view for the wedding ceremony we attended was phenomenal, the food was less than expected. The cocktail hour had a bounty of different choices, but if you weren't quick to scoop up, it took forever for them to replenish. Also the bees (or yellow jackets) - use citronella candles or something. It was as if these bees knew...

I really loved our room and the view. It was clean, pretty and comfortable. It's right on the water but there was not a lot to do fr what I could tell. We were only there one night. The front desk needs se tlc.

Nestled in Westport's town-owned country club, what it lacks in size and charm (it is a bit sterile), it makes up in view - of the Sound - and location - near the beaches and best of town. Mostly booked solid in summer for Weddings.

The property outside and view are lovely. The Inn, itself needs some money and updates put into it, as it is looking and feeling "tired", as well as some of the staff. We found the staff that takes care of the outside to be engaging, polite and professional. Not so much at the front desk. Check in was very good,...

Thank you for providing candid feedback regarding your stay at The Inn at Longshore. We are truly dissapointed to hear about your check out experience and will be addressing this immediately. With that said, the restaurant, Splash, is under a seperate owner/management and has their own kitchen, restrooms, dining room, and outdoor eating area. Many guests have enjoyed Splash as...

The inn at longshore is located on the water in Westport and really has an amazing view. The hotel is dated and why they do not put a bit on money into new bed linens is beyond me. Such a small investment would totally update the rooms. Given the location it really is a great value during the summer.
