Travelled to Washington Connecticut in mid October to see a massive colour sensation across the state. The trees were brilliant to see and especially in the serene environment of the Mayflower Grace. The grounds were spectacular which was enhanced by the friendly staff and the lovely rooms. The only disappointment was the two restaurant ares within the resort had the...

We could only afford to stay in this hotel for one night. We went at peak foliage times and although this is a very expensive hotel, I felt it was absolutely worth the treat because the grounds are simply amazing. The entire stay was first rate. The outdoor pool was great. It was so warm, I swam in the late...

The hotel is more like a lovely guest house. The staff were all warm and made us feel comfortable. The rooms all have a lovely garden view and the food is amazing. My favorite is the spa and spa amenities, such as the pool and whirlpool. The therapists are all seasoned therapists and the spa director is innovative with new...

We had a wonderful lunch in the dining room. Before lunch we walked around the Shakespeare Garden and just sat on the Adirondack chairs looking at the beautiful fall colors. We were there for the Brunch, One of us had the eggs Benedict ( the best we've ever had) and the rest of us had the Hamburger with french fries....

Here for three days the hotel is very pretty indeed and in an excellent state of repair. The room I had was large and very nicely decorated as was the large bathroom. Everything about the hotel was lovely I have two criticisms only. The menu didn't change for my three night stay at all and there were no specials on...

This place is amazing. The staff was unreal along with the service. One man who stood out particularly was the bellman. Tall guy big build. He helped me out with everything. I think his name was Kevin. Someone give that man a raise!!

If you are looking for a truly special experience for a special occasion, you've come to the right place. My daughter and I just returned from a mother-daughter overnight and we are hoping we can keep the good vibe alive from our stay. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The GM Monica went well out of her way...

Definitely a distinguished hideaway. Located in town of Washington, it is only a two drive from NYC. The dining room offers a great selection of New England dishes using local produce. Staff was sometimes attentive but not all the time.

I visited the spa with friends, who stay locally. The staff including the amazing manager were so awesome and made me feel so welcome. Beautiful premises and the yoga was amazing too. Ann in the gift shop- was so inviting and warm. Will visit again!

We paid well over a thousand dollars a night to stay in a junior suite and were disappointed in the value we received. Our suite was dated, had no views and smelled musty. Late check out was a mere extra hour to 1pm, even without anyone else checking into our room that day. The tennis court is a bit neglected...
