It's all in the details and the Manor didn't miss any. Little historic touches on each table, an incredible assortment of liquor and a culinary assault of food...it never stopped! And each item was better than the previous. The outdoor wedding on this chilly day meant the ladies would probably be cold, but the Manor supplied blankets for all who...

Attended my Cousin Wedding at the Manor this month. Outstanding venue from the fabulous grounds to the regal interior dining and dancing area. Service was excellent. My whole family was impressed with the service and layout of the event.

We celebrated our daughter's wedding at the Lord Thompson Manor this past weekend and the entire experience was magical. Our daughter had wanted to do a 'destination' wedding but we had too many family and friends and elderly people that could not travel a long distance. LTM was the perfect place. We live in CT and our daughter lives in...

Our 10/11/15 Wedding Day was PERFECT! The price was very reasonable given that we had a Sunday wedding. We booked the venue almost a year prior and by the time it came to having to plan details with the LTM i was kind of spent, and this is where the LTM team excels. Jackie and Andrew (owners) were incredible. Jackie...

Did I mention it was unbelievable? This is a beautiful setting---a small sign on the road at the driveway with just the address and name---drive up winding driveway thru the woods---then greeted by the valet to park your car... the grounds are in the woods and buildings are old BUT well kept and up to date and very impressive---we were...

We have just spent the weekend here at the Lord Thompson for our close friends wedding. Our stay was perfect from start to finish, with the attention to detail being of the best I've ever experienced. We were 140 guests and the food, wine & organisation at the manor seemed seamlessly fluid for the entire 3 days.. The grounds and...

This manor is right out of a postcard. Recently attended a wedding here and it truly was the most spectacular wedding I have ever been too. It was a three day event for our family - rehearsal dinner, wedding and brunch. The food and service was impeccable. The wait staff and host very professional and extremely courteous. The grounds and...

What a beautiful property! Everything about Lord Thompson Manor is so great- the grounds are beautiful, the food is fantastic and the rooms are very comfortable. The outside patio has a few fire pits which were really nice and there's a fun "bonus"room downstairs with a big TV and pool table. Most importantly, the staff is amazing! They really go...

“I didn't stay there but did check out the rooms - very elegant. I attended the wedding on the main floor.”

“The only drawback is if you are in the Arabian "suite." it's not really a suite, and despite being told that guests would be guided elsewhere to use the bathroom, they were directed to the bathroom in your "suite." You share a door with the whole reception, so you couldn't leave your stuff in the bathroom and all night long (our crowd went until about 6am) people were using the bathroom essentially in your room. If you wanted to shower you had to go through the main foyer and upstairs and bring all of your clothing-college style. for $250/night ($220 + $30 tax) you should really have a private bathroom and a shower.”
