Enjoyed our stay at Brigadoon B & B. Separate room for the children was nice with the adjoining bathrooms. Very tasty breakfast in the morning. Hosts were very helpful. Location was great with opportunity to take a walk along the Mystic River in the morning to see the old houses that once belonged to sea captains.

We stayed over a Friday night and although I was disappointed that they do not do their Friday night pizza in the summer we enjoyed a small picnic in the back yard. We had the Mary Stewart room on the first floor, which is charming. The tiny TV in our room could not run the baseball game I wanted to... More

My wife and I along with my inlaws stayed here one night during the Memorial Day weekend. When we arrived there were refreshments and the best brownies I have ever tasted. Kate, the host was very helpful suggesting places to eat as well as providing us directions. In the morning we were treated to a complimentary breakfast which included a... More

Stayed here for 1 night. The weather was very hot and humid and we quickly found out the a/c in our room was not working well - when we checked in the owner told us to let him know if it wasn't ok and he would install new one (obviously knew it wasn't). Took about 2 hours to install new... More

I spent two very happy nights at this B&B. The room was large and tastefully decorated. The innkeepers Kay and Ted were lovely and fun to talk to. They made wonderful breakfasts accommodating my gluten and dairy allergies. Thanks for a great time!

This summer, we stayed in The Rose Cottage at the Brigadoon. We love staying at B & Bs and we do not expect perfection. We liked the idea that this room had a separate entrance. On the "plus" side: the location is very safe and convenient, excellent parking, good breakfasts, quiet, and the owners are very kind and offer discounts... More

We spent two nights at Brigadoon while visiting Mystic Seaport area. Warm, friendly and knowledgable hosts Ted and Kay! Ted's breakfasts were delicious, filling and made to order. Best omeletes ever! We were given tips and discounts on seaport attractions and restaurants. Everything a short hop from the B&B. Kay's Scottish ancestry evident all over this place! Our room was... More

My wife and I were in Mystic last weekend for a wedding and stayed at Brigadoon. The hosts are an older couple who made our stay really memorable and enjoyable!! The breakfast each morning were fantastic with coffee and juice. I would highly recommend this BnB

First of all, the owners are wonderful. So sweet and so generous. They showed no attitude to our family when we asked if we could use a blow up. Cold drinks in a sm fridge in the family are offered all day long. They have a tea in the afternoon, with several choices of a lite dessert. And they serve... More

There is not much I can say apart from what mentioned in the title. Unfortunately, being accustomed to the standard of European b&b, this one did not match the price/quality ratio that we were expecting. The rooms and the common areas are somewhat too much 'old fashioned'. The 3 stars overall rating is therefore very much positively influenced by the... More
