We stayed here 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. I think the room is good. Our room was out dated but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Hotel is located around many things to do.

This was our first stay at the Great Cedars. We usually opt for the Fox Tower. There was nothing special about the decor, service, or room. As others stated, it can be a long walk from the elevator or to an exit in case of emergency. We stayed on a Wednesday night, definitely not busy, yet we were placed almost...

Large Room with Kingsize Bed, chaise lounge, desk area, flat screen tv. Included mini refrigerator and coffee maker with comp coffee and teas. Room furnishings were clean no dirty rug issues. Room lighting excellent. Individual bed lights controlled by a slide switch. Nice large bathroom. Sinks inside and outside the bathroom. Complimentary room so can't evaluate true value but lost...

Lets just say not only is this place very tired, but filthy. From the elevators to the hallways to the rooms. We had to clean the surfaces of the tables in the room before we could put anything down, the bathroom sinks leaked constantly on the toiletries and the hallways smelled moldy. Got into an elevator late night and someone...

Loved everything about my 3Day/2Night adventure. The Seasons Buffet and Tanger Mall was the 'Cherry On Top'! Loved every minute of it. The staff was always helpful. Security was very good anytime you are being protected and you feel safe anywhere in the resort is a big plus. I just loved all of my time spent at the Great Cedar...

Immediately upon checking in we did a bedbug check. As soon as I pulled back the covers I found a bug in the bed. Immediately called front desk and they sent up housekeeping who took the bug away. We were given another room. Please friends always check out your room as soon as you check in.

Returning guests and we will be back. We believe its the best location within the resort. Rooms are clean, frontdesk check in is easy with friendly staff throughout. Can not understand the less favorable reviews.

Stayed at this hotel and the rooms were clean and updated. The location of this hotel was not a bad walking distance from all casinos, food restaurants, and shops. I used their gym and surprisingly it was very outdated but I managed to work out . The gym felt like walking into the 80's. Stopped at the pool area and...

So disappointed. Have stayed at Foxwoods before but never at this hotel. Asked for a wooded view. When I was checking in I was assured by Jean that what I had. It was very dark when I reached the room. In the morning I opened the curtains to realize my view was the equipment for the hotel. Shame on her....

I have stayed at Foxwoods several times but 1st time at Great Cedar. The room itself was good and the hotel is in the middle of everything. The rooms are showing a bit of its age, but I like the bathroom w/ a sink outside the room and one in the bathroom. The woman who checked us in was very...
