The room was surprisingly clean and modern. The hallways and exterior of the building looked a little worn and I'm glad that didn't extend into the room. Located very close to the major highways so an ideal place for an overnight stop.

No the windows do not open. But keep in mind that, that is for safety reasons. Families stay at the hotel with young children and it is possible for them to fall out. I don't think you will find to many multi-level hotels with windows that open unless the whole hotel is on the ground level. Hope this helped.
