Just returned from a Father/Son ski weekend for Vail's 2015 closing weekend. It was our first visit to the Tivoli and I can assure it will not be our last. The Lazier family gets it...What a gem of a place. Entire staff is laser focused on customer service....from the front desk to the bar. Thanks so much for making our...

The hotel service was exceptional with a staff that gave you the Ritz Carlton experience. The location was in the center of town and within easy walking distance of the slope lifts and gondola. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. As a family, we had a fantastic experience and would love to visit again soon.

My husband and I stayed at the Tivoli Lodge for a ski vacation, as a getaway without our grade school aged kids. The lodge is beautiful, both inside and outside. We arrived at night and the staff was quick, friendly and efficient at getting us checked in, our luggage out of our rental car and into our room and our...

So I booked here the last night of the Vail season. I arrived, they told me there was no parking available for my vehicle AND they were closing at noon the following day for improvements (and thus no one would be available for assistance past noon.) Wait, what? I asked them if bag check would be available after they 'close'...

I recently spent an eleven day ski trip, staying at the Tivoli. The hotel is excellent and the nicest in all my ski travels over the past 30 years in Canada, U.S. and Europe. From Kevin at the front desk, through to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure your stay was...

I only stayed at the Tivoli for three nights, but the sleep quality was great, beds were soft, room was cleaned and the bathroom was huge with a deep soaking tub with jets, and huge walk in shower. The stone work was also amazing and really added to that log cabin feel but very upscale. You definitely felt like you...

Two couples stayed here. We all rate it as one of the best places we have stayed in a ski resort anywhere, of the many places and countries we've been to. The daily breakfast was awesome!! To have fresh cooked omelettes or waffles was such a wonderful start to every ski day. In the afternoon, coming back to hot chocolate...
