Note that I am a travel counselor and always keep a keen eye out for details that my clients needs. When you pull up to the front door there are a group of strapping handsome uniformed doorman that great everyone and welcome you. They unload your luggage in a flash and escort you to the lobby. The hotel only has...

So, my best friend and I were hanging out in the room, just getting ready to watch a movie through her laptop (connected to the tv) and pop open a bottle of the most awesome wine ever. Well...we plugged the laptop in and all of a sudden the tv picture froze...we couldn't turn it off manually or with the remote,...

We stayed here for four nights in August. Our room overlooked the hot tub and had a great view of the mountain and gondola. It's decor was mountain inspired, and everything was clean and comfortable. It's easy to walk to the Lionshead area for restaurants or shops in the summer, but might be a icy in winter. We had the...

Although I stayed here for business you can see this would be a great resort stay. It was not very busy during my visit since it was outside of ski season. I can only imagine this will be packed for season. Was upgraded to a very beautiful suite with fireplace and balcony overlooking the ski mountain. It is an older...

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff were all very condescending and rude to us. We were treated much differently than the other guests we came in contact with; the only difference being that we were a young tattooed couple. My girlfriend and I decided to take a mini spa vacation in the mountains and found this place....

Stayed in room 510 which was an oversized King with Fireplace and Balcony! Best hotel location! Close to Lionshead Village, shopping, restaurants and freeway. Had a kitchenette and HUGE bathroom with separate tub! Cannot wait to go back!

We stayed at this hotel while celebrating our first wedding anniversary. The service we received throughout our stay was impeccable. Jessica and Nicolaas checked us in. We asked for a room with a view and were not disappointed! We were even upgraded to a King suite with a fireplace. The room was absolutely beautiful (the bathroom was stunning, the bed...

We often stay at Marriott Hotels and they never disappoint. We spent one night at the Marriott Vail Mountain Resort and were lucky to get a free upgrade to a nice room on the top floor with a large balcony overlooking the fall colored mountains, beautiful! The room was well appointed, the bathroom was large and had a bath and...

The location was great. It was close to restaurants, shopping and the western gondola. The front desk was pleasant and courteous. The concierge was very patient with my husband and I while we were trying to figure out where to book for dinner. We did order room service which was extremely quick (10 minutes or so) and was tasty. The...
