My favorite thing about Wren is the location because I love walking the trail along the creek from Wren to Vail village. It's a perfect warm up and cool down walk before and after skiing, which works only because we rent and store our gear at the shop and wear comfortable shoes. I've stayed in condos to the east and...

dustyvigil We are very pleased that our condominiums are comfortable, practicable, warm and cozy. We are also pleased, that you used the trail behind The Wren sometimes you will see our local moose hanging in or around the river too. You may even see them from your private balcony or patio. Our pastries come from a local bakery and are...

Booked thro RCI exchange. Units not new but good sized and well equipped and warm. Good bedding. Regular shuttle bus to the slopes very handy. At night only a 10 min walk to the village and shops / restaurants etc. Staff very helpful. Vail is expensive but good value food and beer at the Red Lion and the George.

"Ski January 16" We are happy that our shuttle service was handy for you. The Wren realizes that the walk to Golden Peak and The Village is only a 7-10 minute walk but the shuttle makes the difference after a long energetic day of skiing. Both sides of our building does have gorgeous views. The Wren looks forward to seeing...

We stayed at the Wren for a week in August. We arrived late and the office was closed. However, our keys were conveniently left for us. We had a two bedroom two bath condo. Overall the space was nice and the kitchen was convenient. However, the units have no A/C. If your visit is in the summer it can get...

DaisyBlue999, Thank you for your review on The Wren. We appreciate your comment on our Pool and Hot Tubs, they are very nice. The walk behind The Wren is a lovely walk along the river and we encourage all to use it. Yes, at night and in some locations the path is a little darker but overall very pleasant. We...

Vail Colorado is very up-scale and a great vacation destination. There are many many things to do and see in Vail and the area. The Wren is a very nice resort which is in a very good location to Central Vail. Our check-in was quick and efficient. The staff have been very helpful on several occasions. The unit has a...

Our family of four stayed two nights during the 2015 GoPro Mountain Games. Got a one bedroom/one bath unit on the top floor overlooking Gore Creek. Front desk staff was super accommodating. Allowed us to check in a few hours early which was much appreciated by our kiddos after a long drive. Unit was very clean upon arrival. Views from...

My family has been coming here for generations. I've purchased a 1 bedroom 2 bath that fits my family of 2 adults, 3 children and 1 baby just fine. The views are great, the service is fast and friendly. The walk to Vail Village is short and well paved with a sidewalk that follows the river. The pool is always...

We are very pleased you are enjoying your condominium. The trail behind The Wren is a nice trail and, yes a very short hike to the Town of Vail. Thank you for your comments on our Green initiative program, we are very proud of our success there.

We went to Vail for the first time in October. We flew into Denver, drove over the mountain, and got in late. We woke up to a winter wonderland and a few inches of snow. The Wren was in a decent spot because I had been warned that parking in Vail was difficult. It was still cold, especially at night,...

This little property is very conveniently located. Walking distance to city center (7 min walk in the woods), close to ski lifts (10 min walk). But also has a shuttle that takes you there or back every 30 minutes.Very well appointed apartments, for such a convenient price.

My family and I visited Vail last month. A friend of mine subleted his week at The Wren to us. We are a family of 5, so at first I thought that having only 1 bathroom wouldn´t be enough for all of us. Well, I was wrong. The Wren has spacious apartments (also an spacious bathroom), and the one we...

This is a very great deal for the price. We stayed in unit 406 a one bedroom two full bathroom unit with lifted ceilings. Our balcony face the mountain and gore creek. Updated kitchen and baths, comfy king bed and pull out sofa. Fireplace, wifi, cable tv, and nice decor. If you want to be in the thick of things,...
