The rooms are very nice, however we did not have the greatest experience.

Suite was spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast. The employees were all friendly and the service was excellent. We loved the convenience of the shuttle so we didn’t have to bother with parking when we went out to eat or for a hike.

This hotel was not only beautiful with a gorgeous view but the entire staff went above and way beyond!! Without going into details we had a tragic event happen to us during our stay and this staff sent flowers, wine and their cookbook to us. They also catered to our every need!!

Returning to Vail in January; first time @ Ritz. Are there any advantages to renting ski gear from Vail Sports at the RItz vs. others in Lionshead? Had a good experience w Charter Sports last season.
