Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived early. No problem, they stored our luggage and off we went. When we arrived back at the hotel Tori had gone out of her way to have luggage already on our room. She called up to the room to make sure we were happy w our accommodations. She even went as far...

We've stayed at the Lodge at Vail for a few weeks, year after year, for about twenty years. And while there have been a number of very nice new lodges built in Vail over the last several years, The Lodge at Vail has unfortunately failed to keep up. If you choose to stay here, what you are getting is a...

We had a fantastic time at the Lodge @ Vail this week. While our original room had a few issues, the front desk and managers quickly addressed our concerns and took care of us beyond our expectations. The location could not be better and the breakfast buffet is awesome (though quite pricey at $36 pp).

Absolutely loved my 3 nights heres. Location cannot be beat. Rooms are very clean, spacious enough for a hotel. Bathroom is a little "outdated" but i found it overall charming and since it was so clean, no issues. Appreciated free sunscreen, lotion, coffee, hot cocoa, tea, water in lobby. Made use of the hot tub each day, they will even...

The Lodge hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable. However, the spa treatment wasn't as professional as I had expected. It was very clean but not any assistance. We were on our own finding a locker, robe and slippers. Also the steam room was clean but needed the iced wash clothes. The added treats such as s'mores and cookies in the...

This is the 1st time I write a review but I took the time to do it so I may share a bad experience am having right now at the Lodge in Vail. I have to find a way to contact Virtuoso and advise them. From the check-in (all botched up) to the room, to the service, all was wrong....

I decided to book a massage at this resort. However, when the massage therapist found out I had received radiation treatment three years ago she refused to massage that side of my body, and would not even touch the arm on that side, even though she had already started the massage. She insisted it was "dangerous" and cited some random...

The staff at the hotel was amazing. Very friendly, very helpful. Lots of little extras such as ice water everywhere. Free hot chocolate and apple cider in the lobby every afternoon. Free turndown with chocolate on your bed. The bathrooms come stocked with plenty of towels which is so much better than having to call for them all the time....

This conveniently located full-amenity resort - a less than 2 minute walk from the ski lifts and the village restaurants, cafes, and shops - will get the job done with a helpful and friendly staff, a comfortably rustic atmosphere with fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit (look for the afternoon happy hour s'mores kit at the outdoor pit), complimentary tea...

We stayed 3 weeks at The Lodge and enjoyed the skiing and the stay. The village is a copy of Zermatt and also is feeling in Vail. Excellent service and friendly staff. The in house restaurant offers excellent food. I enjoyed the gym and the spa (was a little small) but nothing missing.
