The unique facade of this Lionshead condo property accurately reflects the individuality of its units. Wall-to-wall windows throughout provide excellent views of the mountains and great spaces for entertaining guests. However, most of the visitors to Vail Spa prefer to relax on their own. Two pools—one indoor and one out—let you enjoy the water regardless of the temperature. I had...

We stayed in unit 315. The furnishings were beautiful and well maintained. Views from one side looked to the mountains to the west and the other side looked over the pool area. The kitchen had everything we needed for dining in. We used the outdoor grill on the main patio a few nights, and ate there, as well. There is...

this place is amazing to stay. it faces vail mountain, and is a very short walk to lionshead gondola. literally a .3 mile distance to gondola. vail spa has indoor and outdoor pool, indoor /outdoor jacuzzi, gym concierge service , coffee, and it is perfect for a family , group of friends to book a few of the units and...

The only good thing about unit 319 is the size. The decor is awful. Very, very tired furniture. They had a weird southwest cactus theme going on. The 80s called, they want their room back. Our whole family had itchy eyes the minute we walked through the door and there was a musty smell throughout. To air it out we...

Dear Lisa, Thank you for your comments and allowing us the opportunity to respond. We stayed in room 113. It was great! Two levels, plenty of room for two adults and four teenagers. Kitchen was nicely stocked and updated, the furniture comfortable. The heat worked too well! We had to open windows to cool down. Daily cleaning service and fresh towels. Nice to come back to dishwasher unloaded! Front desk people super helpful. There...

I don't know the origin of the name for this facility: Vail Spa---- but I must report there is no spa. Unless of course you consider the presence of a hot tub, pool, steam room (that's never operating), and sauna a "spa." I don't. They will call in a massage therapist if you wish but if you are looking for...

Dear Kim, Thank you for your comments. We very much appreciate guest feedback. As you pointed out in your review, our staff truly does care about your experience at our property. You are not the first to notice that our name is a bit unusual for a condo hotel property. 30 years ago, when the Vail Spa was created, it...

Our family(5 adults, 2 children) celebrated a reunion in Vail. Our stay at the Vail Spa in Unit 501(penthouse) was superb. The condo was fully updated with new bathrooms, tons of electronics, and a roomy layout. We used the fully stocked kitchen(pantry even had staples like spices/sugar, etc) daily and relaxed by the fireplace every night. The Vail Spa accommodations...

Great location for accommodation at the Vail Spa, at Lionshead; and, proximity to skiing lifts, equipment rental, stores, restaurants and the small village ambiance, are absolutely great! Try spending a little time in the summer at The Vail Spa............. With it's proximity to the mountain, and all the facilities around it, you will find it a great getaway, and a...
