My wife and I stayed on the third floor and we enjoyed the balcony, the views, the privacy and the ambiance of this fabulously maintained historic bed and breakfast. Speaking of which, the breakfast was delicious. We liked it somuch, we made reservations to come back in October. Just in time for fall foliage.

Very nice stay: ice tea and cookies when we arrived, large room with sitting suite overlooking town, EXCELLENT breakfast both mornings. A/C in room and cool night air for the common areas in this grand old house. Giant marshmallow fluff of a bed to sink into at night. Good location for hiking in the area. Bring your bug spray if...

Host and hostess were indifferent and uncaring - the sprinklers covered the walkway and we got wet walking to the front door as the host sat on the porch and watched. We asked where we could eat and were told there was a map downstairs, but there wasn't. The first morning after breakfast we were asked for our credit card...

I thank Carol for her feedback, and I remember when they arrived. The sprinklers were on and I could see that the edges of the steps were getting a little wet, but I was unaware that water was hitting the sidewalk below. It was not in view. I also remember forgetting they were staying two nights, and I laughed at...

Kevin and his wife Teresa were smart, attentive and superb Inn owners/keepers. Bed and general flavor of Inn was excellent. Great Breakfast. We stopped over on our way to Santa Fe. Only sad comment was to see the general state of the town Trinidad. Apparently lots of socio-economic woes exist in this town....and boom-bust mentality prevails.

This wonderful B & B was just what we were looking for for the get-away weekend. The owner picked us up at the Amtrak train station and pointed out restaurants as we drove to the B & B. After welcoming us to his home and showing us how things worked, we were left to explore the surroundings. Unfortunately, Trinidad is...

This Inn is absolutely wonderful! We stayed in the beautiful Walnut Room. It had windows all around, lots of space to relax and the private bathroom was huge! Trinidad had received a few inches of snow and it was absolutely breathtaking looking out from the second story. We made snow angels in the front yard, and walked 2 blocks to...

We took the Amtrak to Trinidad for a fun getaway. Kevin from Tarabino was helpful and very nice since we started planning the trip. He picked us up from the train station and gave us a little tour around town. Rooms are nice and comfortable (the inn is an old restored house so that's what you get). Everything is well...

My wife and I stayed just one night as we passed through CO en route to AZ, but we wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed in the largest room (the Chestnut?) and we loved it. It had a large sitting room, an even bigger bedroom and a ridiculous bathroom. Please note: this house is over 100 years old....

This lovely restored Victorian, walking distance to good restaurants, was originally built in 1907 by the Italian Tarabino Bros. Other than location, the thing I really liked was the breakfast which was delicious, and with ample servings. We dined in a bright sunny room at a nice table with other guests, just like a B&B should be. The coffee was...

Lynn, thanks for the review. It is true that the inn is for sale, but I would ask that folks not hesitate to make a reservation as we intend to sell as a fully furnished and equipped turn-key business. Gladly, I am healing and feeling stronger each day.

This is a beautifully restored 3 story Victorian located just a couple of blocks from downtown. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a room that shared a bath. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast was both filling and delicious. The robes, slippers, cookies and bottled water were all nice touches and demonstrated their attention to detail. I don't...
