Very good, the best in terms of service. The housekeepers, Molly and Kathin, provided good service and cleaned quickly. Inside my room, all the items were replaced: bed sheets, pillows, towels, and there was a cute little rabbit doll made from cloth placed on the bed. It was very cute, I liked it a lot, and they were polite, always smiling and greeting me whenever I saw them. I give them a full score of 10, no deductions.

Excellent hotel by all means. I am impressed by all, mostly by the kind staff, always helpful, with a big smile on their faces, and I am mostly thankful to staff at the reception for their help. Location at the beach. This part of the beach is clean with clear water there you can wade about 500 meter. The beach is a bit littered at the right side facing the road. There is a restaurant, cafeteria, pool bar, top notch rooftop bar. Next to the hotel at the left side there is an area with another bar, and ice cream shop, evening time you can sitt there and listen to live music. As a Gold member I was updated to a big room with a Seaview. That room is really charming. The pool is joy for all. Very close to the hotel many popular and well known sea food restaurants that attract thousands of Thai people every evening. Very crowded at the weekends. A good retread away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfekt for all.

This Resort is one of my top 5 best hotels where I have already been a guest. The level of service and recognition is high! The location is superb, located on the beach with a beautiful swimming pool that borders it via a sunbathing lawn. The area is very quiet. It is a long way to pattaya, but the bolt app is ideal and not expensive. The rooms are spacious, nice, comfortable. The bed is super, with pleasant pillows. The wifi is strong and allows streaming without problems. The service and recognition by the staff is of a very high standard. This applies to the reception but also to the management of the deck, the maids and the bar staff. In my case with a platinum ALL status they really go the extra mile! The quality of the food is very good, both breakfast and restaurant.

The accommodations are nothing short of plush. The rooms are elegantly furnished, replete with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The wide balcony overlooking the sea served as the perfect spot for my morning coffee and evening sundowners.
However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exemplary service. The staff went above and beyond, showing a genuine interest in ensuring that every guest's stay is pleasant and comfortable.
A special mention must be made of a staff member named Deea (or Deei), who was the epitome of grace and professionalism. Deea was always present, yet never intrusive, proving to be incredibly proficient at their job. Their attention to detail, swift service, and warm, inviting nature made my stay all the more memorable.
