They had ongoing heating problems during four days, which the hotel managed very poorly; the warmest the room ever got was 63F. Had to ask for a space heater to make it more amenable to spend the night. Had a terrible headache and asked for any kind of analgesic at the front desk, it seems they don't have even the...

Management response:

Thank you for your comments, and we deeply apologize for the many inconveniences you encountered. It is true that we did unfortunately face some issues with our HVAC system during your stay, and I can assure you that this problem has since been addressed and remedied. There are shops on the mall level, easily within walking distance, where one can...

The city is adorable and close to Aspen. The accommodations are pretty but hotel is older. Our rooms over looked construction and an old air conditioner...even though we told them it was our parents anniversary. The restaurants and bar had great ambiance and good selection. We went in the off season so unfortunately everything at the base of the mountain...

Management response:

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please know that we take your concerns to heart and we’re so sorry that you weren’t fully satisfied with your stay. Unfortunately, it is true that most shops and restaurants in both Aspen and Snowmass shut down during the off-season. Nonetheless, we are sorry this had a negative impact on...

We reached here Thanksgiving afternoon, but the hotel was very much staffed. Check in was a breeze and car parking wasn't an issue with lots of spots open. Our room faces the pool and ski slopes, definitely lots of light in the room. Bathroom is spotlessly clean with environmental friendly toiletries. The free gondolas is definitely a big plus to...

If you want true ski in ski out on Snowmass Mountain, and have the amenities of a hotel, this is your best and only option. The staff was friendly. It was very easy to ski right up to the ski valet at the end of the day. The Hotel is located at one end of the mall, so there's easy...

This place is great, especially if you have young kids! They have a wonderful kids club on site so we (mom and dad) ski with kids for a few hours and then they go to the kids club. It's a very large room with everything a kid could ask for...art corner, indoor basket ball hoop, movie corner, board games and...

Welcoming Bardot the Pretty Red Poodle and providing a very well appointed guest room our stay in the main building was superb! As expected, many shops and restaurants were in "hibernation" in the specific village area after summer fun and before snow flies at one of Colorado's top ski mountains. But we enjoyed the quiet nature of a quick two...

We haven't stayed in a Westin for a while. We were very impressed by our room & the service in the bar & the food was basic but good & reasonably priced. we liked the local craft beers. Breakfast was excellent but the service was painfully slow although very friendly - rather like our check in experience! We enjoyed our...

I traveled here for a conference event and found it to be very pleasant. The room faced the ski slopes and had easy access for taking my small dog out to walk. The second night a fox was waiting for us. The people were very responsive in all but one case. they have many interns from around the world working...

I made this reservation on the fly as we were passing through Aspen. What a great find just outside of Aspen. The property has a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance so it makes a short stay even more enjoyable. The room was just what you would expect from a Westin property. While the room was a bit...

We were nearby on a Colorado motorcycle trip and heard about the balloon festival, so decided to overnight here. As it turned out, we were behind schedule, missed the festival, but ran into the associated crowd, which made it difficult to park, even a motorcycle. Wonder what happens with parking in ski season?? We were rejected from valet parking area...
