I hadn't gone skiing since 1998 and now with kids, I wanted to introduce the sport to my 3 and 7 year olds. I searched for many mountains and many hotels to find the perfect setup. I wanted to have a nice hotel with ski-in/ski-out access with an easy and fast way to get the kids to ski school. The...

We stayed for 3 nights in February. We are a couple that traveled with another couple. Location - was amazing. Ski in/ski out right to Snowmass. Free ski valet where you can leave your skis/boards/boots etc so that you do not have to lug up/down from your room. Starbucks directly outside. Can directly walk out to stores/shops/restaurants. This is not...

We took our children (ages 8 and 5) to Kids Club at Westin Snowmass on 2 different occasions during our stay. Each time we were very pleased with our experience and felt comfortable leaving the children with Emily. The play area is stocked with lots of fun toys (even a basketball hoops game) and Emily was so sweet to our...

We did not stay at the hotel but the nearby Wildwood. We took our 5 year old son to the Westin Kids Club. He had a wonderful time with Rose. And we had a great time having dinner without any worries. They had games, movies, face painting, scavenger hunts .... you name it, they did it. Thanks again to kids...

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a very long line at the check in desk. There is never not a wait! After traveling, most hotels know how to meet & greet their guests. The hotel is so large that most rooms require a two elevator ride with very long hallways between each elevator. The ceilings are...

Ullise, the concierge at the Westin Snowmass, is excellent. Very helpful and great personality. The Westin is a great location for ski in/ski out. Restaurants very conveniently located next to hotel. Slow Groovin' BBQ and Venga Venga were both great.

We specifically stay here (a couple times a year) for a few reasons... 1. ski runs & lifts are busy (even during peak times such as xmas week) 2. ski-in, ski-out (no driving, schlepping skis or schlepping kids) 3. Kids Club! Our kids 7 & 9 years old ski with us part of the day and when they get tired...

We were booked for a four night stay, but we checked out after the first night and forfeited our non- refundable fee. The hotel is not clean. Not sanitary -- the rooms and the public spaces are unclean. Experience with the staff are variable. Some staff are gracious and knowledgable ; some absolutely do not care. There is a "resort...

Thank you for your candid feedback, and we are so sorry to hear the experience you shared with us was anything less than memorable. It also disheartens us to hear you were disappointed in the conditions of our hotel as well as the service provided by our team – this is not acceptable by our standards, and we will personally...

I came here for 6 nights on business and it was a terrible experience. For a room that is almost $500 a night, I can't believe the horrible customer service at the bell stand. They lost two packages and were so rude to me. They did not care and basically told me it's my problem and I need to call...

The kids club us amazing - with Rose & Emily. The spa delightful and so relaxing and had one of the best massages. Each day was perfect. A great family stay. The food was delicious. I had the onion soup each day and our kids loved the buffet breakfast.
