We have a 3rd floor unit with great views of The Front Range and Lake Dillon; it's a snug little nest in the mountains and the building boasts a swimming pool and hot tub in the building, which is a big plus during winter weather! There's lots of hiking in the immediate area and a free, public bus stops virtually...

Buffalo Village 104DD is a nice 1-bedroom condo with upscale features, pleasant view and access to outside patio. It fits 4 people nicely and offers no shampoo. Everything works properly, the rooms are evenly warm, hot water is hot, and no "surprises". The building itself (separate from AA/BB units building right next to it) is a little bit high up...

Why would anyone stay at a hotel when they could book such a spacious, yet cozy mountain retreat like this? My husband and I stayed in a top-floor, 3 bedroom loft unit in Buffalo Village over Thanksgiving weekend, and my brother and his family stayed in a unit on the first floor near the pool.
