Although I am a diamond member, stay with Hilton properties whenever possible, and used Hilton points for this stay, I would not rate this hotel as worth the rates they charge. The location near the beach is fine, however the hotel is in need of...More
We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. We were pleased with the hotel itself and the location was very close to a Publix and some restaurants (easy walking distance) and the beach - we could actually see the water from our room. That...More

Thank you for being with us for such a special occasion! We are honored to have been a part of that celebration.
I regret that you did not enjoy our beach as much as you hoped. We are actually in the process of...More
Had a girls weekend here, and so worth the trip! The hotel was showing it's age in the room, but it didn't affect us any. Breakfast was good and location is perfect! It's a $7 Uber ride into St. Augustine, the beach is wonderful! The...More
Needs honesty and hard working people to work here. Hotel was a little dated, Management should listen to their guess with sympathetic ears and work harder to see that their problems are addressed . Housekeeping is not good

Love location, the beach and the sunshine. However, our experience with booking the hotel and check in was fantastic. Tessa at the front desk, was who I spoke with when I booked our room. Extremely polite and very informative about the hotel and the places...More

They told us they only charge for parking on the weekends. Overall, the staff communication leaves much to be desired. I slept on a couch cushion for 3 nights after I was told by front desk there were no pillows unavailable. We were given 4 pillows for 5 people. Our toilet ran constantly, the Jacuzzi tub we paid extra for didn't work properly. The sofa bed we paid extra for as an upgraded room package had a mattress that didn't fit. The kitchenette did not contain a single dish or piece of flatware. I even had to buy my own paper towels and use the disposable plates/silverware I carried up from breakfast because the staff told me there was no other option. The pool had loose concrete ledges. My daughter fell. The coin operated laundry was filled with sand and debris. My laundry was actually dirtier after I spent $8 to wash it and I had to drive to Publix for quarters because the front desk was out. My AC unit rattled the door all night. Staff solution was to shove a towel in it. Bathroom in the upgraded ocean view room with balcony and sitting room with sofa bed and Jacuzzi tub was a waste. There are plantation blinds that are the privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom. You can hear (and smell) everything. Hotel overall was a huge disappointment.
