I only spent three days at Lost Valley Ranch with my friend and I talk about it like I spent a whole summer there. For a horseback rider this place can't get any better. Gorgeous trail rides that go beyond just a walk and jog. The staff is so friendly you feel like they've been your friends forever. I can't...

Cathy and I could not have selected a better place for a week long getaway this past October. We caught the tail end of the golden Aspens and thoroughly enjoyed seeing them from horseback. From the head wrangler to the maintenance guy, we could not have been more impressed with the staff. We were treated like royalty and welcomed into...

This was our second visit for the Horsemanship Week at Lost Valley Ranch. My daughter and I came two years ago and it was so brilliant, that we came back. I felt the daily riding clinics genuinely helped my riding, plus the wranglers leading the trail rides each day seemed to really want to help us improve and to feel...

I have been returning to this ranch for the past 8 years or so and I am never disappointed. The guys have a hard time pleasing everyone here as I go for only the horse riding but the cabins are wonderful, the ambience is out of this world, the staff work so hard to make your experience the best ever...

I was up for a woman's retreat for just three days. It was incredible. The setting is beautiful and staff is so kind and attentive. I love their horses. I had a horse growing up but had not ridden in years but I appreciated a well trained horse that reigned well and galloped beautifully. The angler with us was great....

This was our first year back after a 4 year hiatus. Our kids were finally both old enough to be in the riding program (9 and 7 years old). I have been going to the ranch since 1980 (off and on) and I was slightly nervous whether my children would love it as much as I did. I need not...

We have had the best experiences at Lost Valley Ranch. The staff are always kind and helpful, the meals are some of the best I've had, and the cabins are perfect for families of any size. We're usually there in April, and the weather is just right, with some patchy snow. Our kids love the horses and hiking.

We are here at the Ranch for the 7th time! The kids programs are outstanding.. From little to late teens, they will keep them busy all day with riding, swimming in the creek, fishing, trap shooting, tennis courts, and a swimming pool--not to mention a player for the little ones and a few puppies to play with during the day!!...
