We were very pleased with the Rodeway Inn - Rifle Co. When we checked in we found that there had been an error. The booking company had double booked us for our two night stay and we were fearful that we would be stuck with extra charges. However, the lady at the front desk, Julie, was very helpful and assisted...

Comfortable beds, nice warm water, and tremendously friendly staff made me feel at home in this Rodeway Inn. There is an Old West feel to Rifle and this Inn seems to reflect that well. The property is older and the room decor is dated. But I don't remember meeting such friendly staff. We were treated like old friends moving into...

On our recent travels through Colorado this past August, we unfortunately stayed at this hotel for the night. The mattresses were disgusting and I mean they were ripped to shreds and the blanket had holes throughout it. Had it not been that we were exhausted from driving all day we would have turned around and left that place in a...

We checked into this place fortunately for only one night during a cross country trip. I should have been tipped off before even entering the hotel, by the empty beer bottle on the ground next to our car, and a random chunk of concrete which could have ruined our tire had we not seen it. Upon entering our non-smoking room,...

Located right off I-70, this is an older hotel and there were a few places showing some wear, but, overall, we had a decent stay. Check-in was hectic as there was a steady stream of people needing a room, but the staff worked as hard as they could to keep things moving. The staff person who checked me in did...

This hotel was average on cleanliness and was the first hotel I came across after a long day of driving. I wish I had done my research before stopping here as I would have preferred camping in one of the nearby state parks. It seems to be an older hotel but as I said, decent for an overnight stay. I...

Annette was amazing! We checked in late at night, and she made sure we were taken care of. The bed was just fine, and the room was very clean. Mini fridge, microwave, decent shower pressure, and of course, the old school box tv (worked just fine)! The only complaint was the breakfast; not much to it. Honey Nut Cherrios, Fruit...

After driving 8600 miles over the last month I have stayed at many hotels from Michigan to Washington, south through Cal and down to Tombstone. The town of Rifle Co is one I will never forget. The people of the Rodeway hotel and the stay there fit into the overall positive feeling the area offered. I could see that the...

Was still Americas Best Value Inn when we stayed. Heading for Vernal, Utah, this was last town before leaving the Interstate. Location was good from the freeway (if you like roundabouts). Does sit behind a gas station that was nasty in back. Had to go out for breakfast - nothing worth eating at motel. Average cleaning and average beds. Restaurants...
