I've stayed at the Ridgeway Lodge 3 times now and have always found it quiet, clean and comfortable. No smoking rooms is awesome! The views are fantastic. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The residents of Ridgeway are extremely pleasant, even though they put up with many out-of-towners (I know, I grew up in Moab). I recommend trying Ridgeway...

Front desk was nice and helpful and had great suggestions for dinner and hot springs soaking. Great location and nice clean indoor pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed right outside the entrance so you have to hold your breath entering and exiting.

Made the mistake of showing up in Ouray without reservations even though there had been vacancies 2 days before. Everyone in Colorado decided to go see the leaves at the same time. Ended up here and got the 2nd to the last room available. The rooms are big and everything worked including the Wi-Fi. Very limited cable but adequate for...

Stayed here for the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival and it was the perfect place to stay. The price was right and the room was quiet, clean and nice-sized. Ridgway is a very quaint town and has some great places to eat. And the scenery can't be beat! Would stay here again without a doubt.

Very comfortable 3-night stay. Front-desk staff was very helpful. Will definitely stay there again next time we're in the area. [Caveat: as other reviewers note, the minimalist breakfast of pre-packaged rolls, etc. is worth skipping and going into Ridgway (on the other side of the highway) instead. Note: The hotel does label this a "Continental breakfast," so if you go...

This place is overpriced but it's the only motel in town. We arrived around 9:00 p.m., they had many empty rooms but didn't much care whether we stayed or not. The room was okay, seemed clean and had a comfy bed. The continental breakfast, however, was one of the poorest I've ever had. Prepackaged rolls, two kinds of cereal, and bread...

We went on vacation without any reservations. We couldn't find anything in OuRay and choose this hotel as our Plan B. I recommend this as a good second because the 9 mile distance from OuRay is not far at all. We made the trip every day. Secondly the hotel was very clean! The down side was the breakfast. It's very...

My husband, our 6 year old, and I stayed here for 3 nights. Room was very clean and had a great view. The pool was very clean and well maintained not heavy chlorine like a lot of hotel pools. Breakfast was nice and quick. Toast, cereal, pastries, fruit cups and drinks. I read many complaints in the reviews over the...

This is a nice and very affordable hotel, directly across from the town of Ridgway. It has mountain views. It is on the main highway, but come evening, there is very little road nose. It smelled so clean upon entry, and the rooms though not big, were spotless and very comfortable. Everything smelled wonderful. The Internet rocked! Nice indoor pool...

During our recent trip to Ridgway Colorado we arrived a day early and had no accommodations...we stopped at Rodgway Lodge in hopes of finding a vacancy for one night (we had reservations in Montrose for the other 5 nights of our stay). They had a "possibility" and told us they would let us know around 6:30 that evening. We left...
