I just wanted to say how happy I am with Nicole’s customer service! She was extremely responsive, even on a holiday! Nicole assisted me with my reservation both before and after my stay! I will definitely be back!

Just the experience I was looking for... quiet, peaceful, surrounded by the beauty of the quaint town and nature. Guests unfamiliar with the area should be aware there is no restaurant or manager on site, but communication was smooth and I had no problems with my room or reservations at all. I will be back!!

I get the feeling that this place, in a tiny, picturesque mountain town, could be amazing if there were just a little more focus on service. The rooms are small but very clean and nicely appointed. I wish I had known the following before I booked: 1) The property manager does not live on site. If you need anything, you’ll need to text the manager, who may or may not be able to check with the housekeeper before she leaves for the day; 2) they advertise that an on-property laundry is available for guests, and indeed it is, however there is no laundry detergent available to purchase or borrow; 3) the rooms get very hot during the summer – no air conditioning and no fans. A fan in the room would be very helpful; 4) there is no ice available (there are small ice trays in the in-room freezer) so if you need ice quickly for an injury (we did) you will have to go to another hotel down the road to ask them for some; 5) there is no daily housekeeping; 6) you can hear traffic from the 133 early in the morning if your windows are open; 7) if you are on the second floor there is no direct access to the river and the balcony/porch looks out over the parking lot, not the river. 9) There is no information about the area or nearby activities available in the room. The positives are that the setting and the river is very pretty, the beds are comfortable, there is a kitchenette and the rooms are clean and modern.…

Stayed in June of 2018. The room was newly remodeled. Very well decorated, comfortable bed. Our room had a king bed, mini-frig and a microwave. We had a ground floor room with a sliding glass door out the back. Left it open (with just the screen door closed all night) and could hear the river from the room. The river is only about 40 feet or so from the building. Nice lawn and a place to sit and watch the stars at night or the river during the day. FYI... The Redstone Inn is a 3 minute walk down the road. They have a nice bar and a very good restaurant. But i would rather stay at Crystal River Villas. The hotel has free WiFi and it worked well. There is no cell phone service in the area. This holds true for any place you stay in the general Redstone area. But not a problem really. I guess internet calls would work via there WiFi, but we didn't bother. It was nice to disconnect for a few days. We will be back!…

Stayed at the Crystal River Villas over Thanksgiving. I was amazed at the thoroughness of their remodel. Every finish, all the fixtures, bathrooms, kitchenettes, beds, windows and window treatments, all new. Lots of work went into it and prices are still reasonable. Have stayed there before and this was like staying in a brand new place!

Quite charming and very friendly place to spend some time. We stayed 2 weeks and still couldn't fit all there is to do in, maybe because we kinda fell into the relaxing grove alongside the Crystal River. Fly fishing, Horse back riding, Jeep tours, hiking and exploring, and fine dinning all too many fun things going on.

Camping spots were all full in the area, so we pulled into Crystal Valley Manor and got a room. So glad we did. Not fancy, but very clean. Our room was large with Dish TV, two full beds, small breakfast table, microwave, frig, sink, dishes, coffee maker. Outside our room was a large covered porch with nice chairs and table to sit and enjoy the wonderful air. Hummingbirds feeders line second floor porch so it is great fun to watch them. Our dog was welcome but you will need to get a pet room. The lovely grounds offer a bench on the bank of the sparkling river and a covered pavilion with patio table, chairs and grill for guests to use. The businesses have contracted with a third-party to offer wifi service in this remote mountain community. The free wifi is really slow, but when you log in, you have the option of paying by the hour or day for higher speeds if you must have it. We found it more refreshing to be "unplugged". Motel owner is on-site and was very personable and helpful. Loved our stay!…

We've been coming to Redstone for years and just spent the July 4th weekend at the Crystal Valley manor. Their new owner, Anthony, was incredibly friendly and very hospitable. He made our time in town really enjoyable. Unlike the jerk down the road at Redstone Cliffs, where we also rented 2 rooms. I highly recommend.
