The owners and staff were very friendly and pleasant to talk with. Lovely rooms, with a private bathroom option, and a hot tub on site. The breakfast was excellent (personal souffles with green chili sauce one day, stuffed French toast the next) and they were very accommodating to various food restrictions among the guests. Parking was provided. The bathroom was...

Avenue B&B surpassed all expectations. Our first morning we had an early continental breakfast since we had plans with our grandchildren. The next morning breakfast was wonderful. The setting is beautiful. The view from the Canon Room is outstanding. Our next trip to Colorado Springs / Manitou Springs will definitely warrant a stay at Avenue Hotel B&B. Thank you Gwenn...

We stayed three nights in the Canon room at the very end of September during our two week trip through Arizona & Colorado. The Avenue Hotel B&B is an older building with steps in strange places as my wife rather painfully found out when we were being shown our room. Totally her fault that she missed a step and the...

The only downside might be the number of steps to & in the property but this adds to the quirkiness & charm and the friendliness, quality, comfort and warmth of the experience more than makes up for steps! Make sure you have the communal breakfast as it is stunningly good food and fun to chat with like-minded people. Both WiFi...

The website advertises a discount for multiple night stays, however the website didn't apply the discount when checking out so I emailed The Avenue and received no response but went ahead and booked anyway thinking I'd talk to the B&B when we got there. I decided against this when we arrived/departed as I found the innkeeper less than approachable. Hot...

My discounts are always date specific, the website would not deduct the discount due to the date. I always honor our multi-night stay discount when you mentioned it, I have several on staff that worked with you that would have been happy to apply the discount. I am sorry if I missed your email. I honestly never say it come...

My husband and I spent five days at Avenue Hotel B&B. It was a great experience on every level. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to all of the cool restaurants and shops. Morning walks through town to find and sample the seven mineral springs was a memorable experience. Magnificent sights such as Garden of the Gods...

We stayed in the Carriage House for Labor Day weekend. Such a cute, quaint place to stay. Very clean and plenty of space to relax inside and outside. The breakfast was delicious every morning and we enjoyed eating on the front patio. This B&B is located in the historic Manitou Springs and there is plenty to do within walking distance....

Perfect location for browsing the shops, dining and taking a trip up the Cog Railway! Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the communal seating that allowed us to visit with other guests. Quiet, clean, and friendly!

We stayed in the Lower Carriage House for our Honeymoon in the Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs area. We very much enjoyed our stay. Wonderfully accommodating to all dietary restrictions. Helpful in their knowledge of the area/different attractions. Clean and safe area. Highly recommend this!
