We came back, and still love the lodge! Cabin 28 is a perfect set-up for a couple. A clean stand-alone cabin with a microwave, fridge, two heaters, a closet, parking, a couch, a table, a fireplace, and picnic table.... Can't beat it.
Very nice place. upgraded us to larger cabin. had fireplace in room and full kitchen. deer and rabbits walking around. near garden of the gods. Good places to eat near by. easy on and off main highway. THE only trouble was a bad wifi.
