All rooms now have microwaves, refrigerators and Kuerig coffee makers in them. Most importantly, we are happy that we provided you with the perfect end to a fantastic trip. Prices have really increased since we had been in the area. Almost 50% more than the Denver area. Rooms had no closet which was unusual, just had a prefab unit with clothes bar. Do have a large pool area with slides for the kids.

Our rates are comparable to other hotels in our area during that time frame. Denver hotels are typically less expensive during peak season for us. It is very unusual for this to happen. We were sold out the night before and our housekeeping department was doing its best to ready the rooms for new arrivals. It is good to know that housekeeping "jumped into action" when they were notified of your arrival and the fact that your room was not ready. This in no way makes up for the inconvenience you experienced. We are sincerely sorry for negative start to your stay. We apologize for the confusion regarding the nightly rates for your stay. The wedding block rate is usually lower than any rate found online but it is only applicable for the dates of the block. Online rates often come with restrictions (such as no cancellation, non-refundable and non-changeable rates). This is why they can sometimes be lower. But, you must book through the third-party online website to get these rates. Apologies as well for our computer system being down when you attempted to check in. This is a very rare occurrence, though very inconvenient for our guests. Since you did have two separate reservations (one booked at the wedding block rate through us and the other booked online), you would not have been able to check in for the entire stay upon arrival. Each reservation requires a separate check in. We regret that this resulted in a negative check in experience for you. We are very pleased that you enjoyed our newly renovated hotel and that you found our facility to be very clean. We hope to have an opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

The pool is open from 8 am to 11 pm-7 days a week, and the slide is open from 5 pm to 9 pm Monday through Friday and from 9 am to 9 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
