I was recently traveling through the Rocky Mountains and decided to stay in the town of Hot Sulphur Springs where I found the most adorable motel. It is located next to the hot springs which is a bonus. I stayed in room #7 which has the most comfortable queen size bed and a comfy sitting chair next to a window....

This hotel is grossly overpriced. With not many hotels in the area we chose this one based on trip advisor reviews. Sounds like we should have gotten room 4 or 11. It is unkempt and old. I will agree the sheets and towels were okay but certainly not luxurious. No working wi fi. The sofa/futon had broken down springs and...

Stopped here for an overnight stay travelling Colorado. Our room was very well appointed, with fridge and microwave. Towels and bedding were excellent quality. There is a lot of attention paid to detail in the rooms. The owner was very helpful pointing out places of interest and offering discount coupons for the Hot Sulphur Springs. Dining is limited, there is...

Finding a place that lets you bring your well behaved dog is difficult. Many places stick you in a smoking room. Blah! No way dude. The Canyon welcomes us. An older place, but loving cared for. Our room (number 11) was great. A bit pricey, but in line with the season and area, we planned the night so we could...

My first impression from the road was not good, however, as soon as we opened the door to the two rooms we reserved we were pleasantly surprised at the size cleanliness and decor of the room. Each room had a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, small table and chairs which was perfect for our two night stay in the area. We...

Very close to Hot Sulphur Springs ( walking distance 1/2 mile). Hot Sulphur Springs is wonderful and has many different pools and tubs to suit the whole family. The motel is comfortable and the staff are friendly. . Highly recommend Canyon Motel. Also 9 mile drive to Granby and 40 min to Rocky Mountain National Park/ Grand Lake.

Stayed in room 11, had a wonderful mountain/canyon view. The room was exactly as shown in the website. It was just perfect. The service was great, the Hot Sulphur Springs discounts offered for Motel guest were helpful and the towels as well :) Thanks for the great service

This is a very small town, and having a quality motel like this one to stay in makes it more enjoyable. Recently renovated rooms, updated flatscreen TVs with GREAT reception and HBO channels made my hubby happy. I enjoyed the hot springs soak while he fished the river, all within walking distance to the motel. The current owners are selling...

I really enjoyed my stay. The Owners where very friendly, and funny(I learned not to eat dog food), and the location was great. Nice area, the canyon and views where amazing. The room was rather small, but what do you expect from such a nice place? Its not a palace, but its still very nice.

This was a great lodging experience. I spent the day skiing at Mary Jane. It was an amazing "foot of fresh powder" day. Then I drove just 40 minutes to spend a nice, relaxing evening soaking in the Hot Sulphur Hot Springs. From the moment I checked into the Canyon Motel I was impressed with the hospitality, cleanliness and comfort....
