We loved this beautiful old historic hotel. Dog friendly. Beautiful lights & light snow. Just a beautiful town and a fun historic hotel. Modest charge for dogs! Good staff, lovely common rooms with huge fireplaces!

From the moment we walked into the hotel Colorado we felt very welcomed. The staff is EXTREMELY nice and helpful. I wish breakfast was included in the price but their food is absolutely delicious. The views are amazing and the inside of the hotel gives you a 20's type of feel. They had live music playing at night and the...

My husband and I come to the hotel for our anniversary every year. We have always been impressed with the service and love seeing familiar faces of staff. Ashley is our favorite bartender and we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Glenwood Springs. We hope to continue doing this annual trip.

This Hotel is old- research it before you go. Lots of hand carved wood and legends of ghosts. The rooms are ok but they allow dogs, and I heard barking. It's a short walk to the hot springs which are excellent. Great shopping and dining nearby. See if you can find Doc Hollidays grave.

We stayed there for a July 4th weekend (a few years ago). Parked the car, which we didn't move until we left. First Joy: the open air bar under the portico. We SLOWLY sipped margaritas for a while & conversed with the server (a student with summer employment). The view across the river was for us very peaceful and inviting....

Me and my sister had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It's very charming it has an antique vibe. The room was very clean and well kept. I will definitely be staying here again. The staff was friendly and courtesies. The entire experience was wonderful.

I should have read the review. This is a neglected historic hotel that will need millions of dollars to get it back to respectability. So sad. Almost needs to be town down. Lots of things wrong but bed was almost unsleepable (maybe not a word but applicable). AVOID THIS PLACE.

We had stayed at the hotel many years ago for our honeymoon. We repeated the trip and had a great time. The shuttle from the hotel picked us up and was available until 6 p.m. to take us wherever needed. John was very helpful as was Lynn W. when we checked in. She provided us with champagne glasses as well...

Fabulous like always, staff was very friendly and helpful, our dining experience was magnificent, the ribeye was the best we ever had. The only disappointing part of our trip to the Hotel Colorado, was the elevator was broken, thankfully they accommodated my needs with a room on the first floor.

Staying at the Hotel Colorado was wonderful. This hotel has plenty of historic charm and is located just across the Glenwood Springs pool. Our suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Room service was delish! I will definitely be coming back.
