Easter brunch was lacking in quality and flavor. The pancakes were hard and difficult to cut. The only fruit available was grapes. The food lacked flavor and freshness. The dessert tray was sad. The mini chocolate donuts from hostess and breakfast pastry from King Soopers. Sixty dollars for brunch with very poor quality food. This place is off the list.

We been there with friends for New Year party. Most of the rooms a clean and nice. We have on third floor room, Franciscan. It is very small so 2 people can move inside. It is very noisy from road and have tiny toiled. My advise is never rent this room. Staff is very nice and helpful.

My stepson was to be married last month in Colorado. The groom, the bride and the brides family live in Colorado and so the wedding venue was Colorado. My husband and I live in upstate NY and so planning a Rehersal Dinner for 80 and a Sunday Brunch for 60 was a challenge. Thank goodness for Jon Barton, of the...

My family and I stayed in the Royale room for one night for a friend's wedding. It was a quaint B&B. Our room had a private balcony which my husband and I enjoyed a bottle of wine on after our kids went to bed. They provided us with two pack n plays for our infant twin sons which was nice...

Nice, small inn. It's a little bit of a drive to get there from downtown Evergreen but the scenery is nice. The rooms are clean but older style. Our room on the third floor was warm because they have no air conditioning. But it cooled off quickly at night with the windows opened. Staff was helpful at booking.

We were staying up the road at a rental house and were intrigued at how nice this place looks. We stopped by for breakfast on our way to the airport. They weren't yet open for brunch but they welcomed us with open arms and opened for us. We had a delicious delightful breakfast outside overlooking a running stream. The Bloody...

A lovely, historic inn close to Evergreen yet seems like you are miles away from the tourists! The front desk was friendly and helpful. The bar was nice. There was a beautiful stream running along the back of the inn with a patio to sit and enjoy the water. I would stay again!

This inn could be a great one. The main floor is inviting and offers a feeling of a historic inn. But the guest rooms a total disappointment especially for the price. 500+ for 2 nights. The room needed to to totally redecorated with the history of the inn in mind -- new carpet ( carpet was buckling) or wood flooring...

This Inn is a quaint little place tucked out of the way in Evergreen, CO. It is a wonderful place to get away and spend some quality time with your friends and/or significant other. I spent a long weekend here reconnecting with old friends and enjoyed myself a great deal. This isn't some huge resort, just a place where you...

We stayed overnight at the Brook Forest Inn. Soon after arriving, we went to the bar for a drink. The bar wasn't very full, and there were several wait staff around, but it took 15 minutes for someone to come take our order. At the time we ordered, I also requested that the table be cleaned. We sat another 15...
