The renovated area of the hotel is filthy. The rooms are not fully put together as the door handle ripped off of the bathroom door while closing it. The bar handed us a full glass of leftover vodka instead of water. Thankfully, the glass went to the adults and not the kids. The beds in the room are unbelievable uncomfortable...

Thank you for sharing your comments and also for your patronage. It was disappointing to see that you had experienced challenges during your stay. Although we have unveiled our new guestroom product and have received positive feedback thus far, I regret that the quality did not meet your expectations. Additionally, I certainly understand your frustration regarding the vodka, please accept...

Just a quick getaway with my wife It was an excellent experience from the staff the location of the hotel was perfect in a snuggled area away from traffic. Fireside Grill food was good both lunch and dinner definitely I will go back and possibly try to be a brunch next round.

Nice Hotel, But the indoor hot tub was so gross we would not subject ourselves to using a unsafe jacuzzi. we love to go to hotels with indoor pools and jacuzzis. This hotel is very nice, but the indoor water area was awful

Very nice hotel, parts of which are currently under renovation, soon to be fully renovated as a Hilton Hotel. Despite some construction, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, and staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent and only about $17 per person, which was quite good considering the quality and amount of food available. The grounds are...

Hotel is very nice, good location, remodeling but ventilatin does not work. We were miserable hot and windows do not open. Staff was great. Tried to move us but all the rooms were that way. They have to fix it or noone will returm.

We are aware of this issue and we are diligently working on a solution to the problem. Understandably, it is an incredibly frustrating experience to not only change rooms, but also encounter the same problem. We do hope you will give us another chance once the renovations are complete. Stayed here following a company event at the hotel. Rooms were clean and staff was overall friendly. Lower level bar had decent drinks, pool and fusball. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee bar was good with nice service. Hotel is finishing construction but it didn't interfere with our stay at all. Would stay again.

Overall we had a great stay at the Inverness. Though we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, the time spent was just fine. The room was typical and newly renovated. Everything worked just fine and the room was clean and came complete with the shampoo/soap items. Breakfast: Saturday morning we ate the breakfast buffet. We were impressed...

Loved my newly remodeled room with its contemporary art, comfy feel and wonderful product in the bathroom. I am very picky about the product in a hotel's bathroom! The Fireside Bar & Grill is tops. The food, the ambiance, everything about this place is spot on. The crab cakes are divine and the Fireside Bison Burger is to die for....

I enjoyed my stay, though the construction was frustrating and left the little free time i did have to be accompanied with loud noises. Many of my meetings were interrupted with extensive construction sounds. The meals were interesting, though at times it seemed like they were trying too hard, and they did not serve well at keeping the food hot....
