My parents are in their late 70's and are dependent on canes to help them walk. It was wonderful that the condo was pretty much 1-level (with the exception of a sunken living room, 2 steps). The receptionist whom I was in contact with thoroughly described the property when I told her what I was looking for. She also gave...

Our family of 6 has stayed here a number of times. Although the apartments can be a bit run down/dated sometimes you can't beat the price and space. This is our home away from home. It gives you the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, multiple bedrooms, separate living space, and washer and dryer. A fireplace is also in each...

Ferringway is an apartment complex about 2 miles up a hill out of Durango. I believe each apartment is privately owned so guess the level of furnishing and equipment depends on the owner and luck of the draw. Our apartment was excellent with lovely decoration, furniture and stacked with kitchen appliances and equipment. It did however feel a little isolated...

We have two small children and wanted to get out of Albuquerque for the weekend and did not want just a hotel. We booked our Condo and were in Unit 26 and absolutely LOVED IT! The décor was great, nice and clean and it just had an all over homey feel to it. We relaxed in front of the fireplace...

We enjoyed the condo in Durango because it's an easy get-a-way from Albuquerque. Our condo was on the ground floor so no stairs and it had a bedroom for us and a loft for the children. The condo's are just outside downtown, are family friendly and the staff to be very friendly.

Looking for somewhere more home from home rather than a hotel. Always bit of a gamble moving away from the tried and tested hotel chains but this was a very welcome surprise. It was a one bed condo (unit no. 7); very comfortable with a great lounge/dining room and a well-lit and equipped kitchen. It was snowing on arrival but...

The condo was very expensive for what you get in my opinion, and they charge you 2 weeks before your stay without telling you and if you cancel the reservation (months in advance), they charge you $25. Here's a list of issues we had: Check in is at 4 but they didn't answer the phone and were not at the...

We were a little apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the negative reviews but our one bedroom condo, #34, was excellent. It was on the top floor (with lots of steep stairs to climb when we arrived with all our luggage and it was a very hot day....) but, once inside, we were very impressed with the views...

Very well equipped condo, perfect for families needing extra space for an overnight or extended stay in this wonderful area. Swimming pool onsite (no fitness room). The condo's are privately owned so our one may have been better (or worse) than average. Would definitely stay again based on the unit we rented.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of December. When we first arrived to check in the office was closed, and since it was only 3pm and not the check in time of 4pm we thought we couldn't check in until later, so we returned to town for a look around. Upon returning at 4.30pm the office was...

“Ask early for a first floor condo if necessary, but be aware that even then there will be 15-20 stairs involved”

“If you enjoy a nice bright apartment choose one that is not on the ground floor.”

“Book early and make sure to contact the management staff if you are unable to get the nights you are needing. They really work very hard to accommodate a person with their needs. Some rooms are a little darker than others. If you have trouble with stairs let management know and they will try to put you into the right condo.”

“We were in unit one and got some traffic noise from other people coming into the units. Not sure if there are better spots. There are also bright parking lot lights I could have done without.”
