We stayed here for a week in late September. Our experience was just fine but I would be very careful booking in the future. We stayed for 6 nights in an efficiency...what amounts to a condo. The price was amazing for off season...I would never stay here for what they charge during peak season. Good: The bathroom was plenty spacious...

This was promoted as "one of the nicest units" when we booked it directly with Cascade Village, and while it is large and well laid out - that statement is quite a stretch, and I don't want to see the "not-so-nice" units based on that statement. It has two floors, kitchen, living room and dining room, bedroom and bath downstairs....

The staff and I are very sorry for the conundrum you experienced with the unit you stayed in. The room discount extended to and accepted by your party is a small token of our way of imparting our sincerest apologies. Please do not hesitate to contact me to further resolve this issue. Evidenced by the tone of this review, it...

We rented the 3 bedroom, 3 bath Cascade Condo over Presidents day weekend. I had researched the property on TripAdvisor and had seen the previous complaints about towels & toilet paper. We did bring our own Toilet paper just to avoid running out :) . There is a washer & dryer in the unit, so I did wash some towels....

The accommodations were not nearly good enough for the money. The condo was big enough for two families of five, however, we didn't get any room service for the five days we stayed. We had to go find and/or buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer soap, washer soap, bathroom towels, etc. We didn't see a cleaning crew...

We booked online and had a great stay. We were able to check in onsite and had no problems. The rooms did not have AC but with the fans it was very comfortable. Our condo was very nicely furnished and clean. It was the perfect distance in between Durango and Silverton. I would definitely stay here again.

Our studio loft was in pretty good shape, could use a good deep-cleaning and a new fold out couch, but was satisfactory. We had ample room, and knew going into the deal that there wasn't an AC, so that wasn't an issue. It was cool enough during the day and very cool at night so the floor fan and ceiling...

Our unit was clean and comfortable. While ours had no significant view, the location (between Durango and Silverton) is beautiful. Service here was just fine. The downsides that we knew about were that there is no AC and it is 30 minutes from Durango. The prices scared us away from nearby restaurants. We wanted to use the washing machine, but...

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was beautiful. Nice assortment of kitchen utensils except only 2 water glasses and one towel and one pot holder. Next time in stay in condos and suites I'll bring along some disposable cups...seemed to be a problem everywhere we stayed. Beautiful setting and easy 35 min. drive from Durango. As noted it is not...

First of all... no air conditioning. When we arrived to our 3 bedroom unit, it was stale and hot. We went to turn on the A/C to find that there was none. (Strike one). We found that the unit was very run down (don't go by the pictures on the website). The screen doors were either broken or missing and...

We stayed at Cascade Village for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. We rented it through the owners and not the local rental office. The condo is one of the newer units with 3 large bedrooms and 3 baths. Modern gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Well stocked. Large loft with a second living area with play...
