We stayed in a condo at the Cascades. It is just a mile or two north of Durango Mt. Resort. The condo had everthing we needed plus an indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor hot tubs too. There was also a tennis court. The views of the surrounding mts. were spectacular. The workers were very friendly and helpful. The...

1 bedroom condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. Pool was nice and big as well as hot tub. 30 minute drive from durango was well worth it. Beautiful scenery along drive. Quiet and felt safe. Nice trail in back of resort. Just further north of resort is cascade creek. Beautiful cascading...

This is a condo complex - each unit is owned separately, and hence different condos may vary greatly. We booked this through the management company that apparently manages all of the properties associated with the Purgatory ski resort. There is a wide range of prices available, from the sub $100 range and up. Although these are condos, they are rented...

We rented a condo through Red Cliff Properties which is an awesome company to deal with. In my opinion the pool/workout room/lodge hours are too limited so check before you rent. This location is 30-45 from Durango depending on traffic. I loved the mountain views.

The half an hour drive (which is scenic) from downtown Durango is worth it to stay with the lovely views there. The condos were affordable and had everything we needed. We were even upgraded for free to an amazing two bedroom with a jacuzzi! I highly suggest staying there for the peace and views.

This is a community of various-sized condo units for rental with an indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, tennis court, and health club. Located 2 miles from Purgatory (formerly DMR) ski mountain, it is quieter than the ski mountain yet close enough to enjoy the amenities of the ski mountain too. We stayed in a 3-bedroom condo with 3 bathrooms and...

We stayed here over New Years. It was pretty great. Facilities were nice, access to the Durango Mountain Resort in the most of snow. Covered Parking, so if you have to put on chains it's super easy. Balconies overlooking lots of the complex. The hot tubs in the snow are awesome. Full kitchens, warm fireplaces. Did I mention the proximity...

Stayed over President's Day wkd with another family. Comfortably slept 8, lots of room for 4 kids to stretch out and super close to mountain. Hot tub/pool area plus free daily shuttle were great pluses. Views were bonus too. Definitely stay there again.

First night. After a terrible flight, we get to the hotel. Neither us or other people could get into the parking lot. The road froze and the management does not have salt or sand for the road. It took us about 2 hours trying to get into the parking lot since the hotel is situated on the hill. We finally...

Good: - nice, cozy apartment type/timeshare room. I guess they are renting in offseason and when owners are not present. Really feel like home with kitchen, fancy bathroom with jet ski. Our room was well maintained and no issue with smell or other problems TA reviewers mentioned. - It is about 25 miles north of downtown Durango, so definitely need...
