Arrived at Walsh's Hotel, in our room there were Strawberries dipped in chocolate, red heart shaped shortbread and a beautiful red rose, so beautiful start to our stay. The hotel staff were really friendly and very helpful,the heating had not been switched on in our room but this was dealt with immediately.The food both in the evening and at breakfast...

I didn't actually stay here but many family members did at a family event and so we spent a couple of nights at the hotel. Retuning again sadly this time for a funeral not myself but my wife & her sister.Great place to stay,friendly,helpfull,onsight resturant & bar,,lovely breakfast,moved rooms at no cost,Will return again later on in the year for a family visit to meet more of the family under other cicumstances

Lovely hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend eating in the restaurant as their food is lovely and affordable. We stayed in the apartments which were a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Great wee hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful staff & good food, what more could you want. Entertainment to suit everyone. Great Value too at only £89 b&b for a couple on New Years Eve. You couldn't beat it.

I came to the hotel to try the Sunday carvery as I have heard numerous reports about the delicious food at the hotel.
