We visited Denver for the New Year. My husband took my boys to the Broncos game while I spent the day at the spa. I arrived 30 minutes early to soak in the hot tub, followed by an exfoliating and moisturizing "waterfall" service with Angie who was skilled and professional. Then, I spent some time in the steam room. Finally,...

My husband and I stayed one night in a standard room at this property in Denver. The location is great. It's minutes away from all the restaurants in downtown Denver and close to Coors Field and other venues. The bar is nice and the restaurant was good; we only had breakfast. The meal was great, after they substituted the first...

I've stayed at this property several times over the years - both on business and with my husband for weekend travel. While some Ritz properties do very well catering to either/or, this one always has exceeded my expectations regardless of the reason for the trip. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. The club level has one of the better...

Outstanding staff, amenities, location, Elways in lobby, fitness center. Splurge for the club level. One of the most spacious and the team is amazing. The front desk & concierge are wonderful. It feels like home

My daughter and I did a holiday get away to Denver for spa treatment at the Ritz. We expected luxury and got less than stellar treatment. The room reeked of smoke (It is a nonsmoking hotel) -and the replacement room faced a parking garage. Although we had double beds we got one bathrobe, one shower cap and one shampoo/conditioner. There...

Poor quality house keeping. No free internet which is unheard of these days. Spa was not very good. Massages were poor quality. I will never return to the Ritz in Denver. For the price, it is not worth my time.

Broken shower, no swimming pool for kids. Very inconvenient entrance from one way street, have to drive around the block 3-4 times a day. Restaurant is rather casual and lacks fine silver that can usually be found in Regis.

The hotel staff was so personable, caring and accommodating. The room was spacious and well appointed. Like the association and access to the health club/ gym next to the hotel. The food at the restaurant and in room dining was outstanding

Experienced business traveler here who is on the road multiple weeks each month. I value a working clean room when I travel and the Ritz Carlton Denver unfortunately misses the mark. From the time we walked into the room, the phone on the desk was broken and inoperable. The next day the water pressure disappeared and we couldn't take a...

Heating in our room was not working. We reported it and was told it would be fixed but it never ended up being fixed. This made for a very uncomfortable room.
