    Friendly Staff

    The staff here was extremely friendly! Offered local suggestions for dining and sent a hand written note to welcome us. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms could use an update but I am sure they are aware of this.

    Havent arrived and they already made a great impression

    Ken, That's really easy. The free 16th St. Mall shuttle passes right by the hotel and goes directly to Union Station. It takes about five minutes.
