To begin, the staff at the Brown were great, but I think for the amount one pays to stay, they need to pay a little more attention to the details. When we went to our room there was a broken outlet cover. The cord from the lamp was still running through the cover. I told the concierge and the plate...

Being a local Coloradan, The Brown Palace had been on our bucket list for a long time. Therefore we decided on a weekend "staycation" to visit Denver and take in a show. The Brown Palace provided us with the needed respite and was everything they promised. Thanks to some accumulated Marriott Points we were able to have two of the...

The dining room was beautiful, the food was ok if you like seafood, salads were not so great. The desserts were wonderful, and service was not that great for the price. There were 4 of us and we also had to wait even though we had reservations.also got burned with hot g rease that popped out of a pan, hit...

I enjoyed their holiday tea with my granddaughter and several friends. the ambience was amazing. holiday decorations were gorgeous. the tea was well presented, with 3 selections of tea, scones, sandwiches, and chocolate goodies. yes it was pricy, and yes it was worth it!

Still a wonderful place! I used to stay here in the late 1980's when traveling on business. I was surprised to learn they are now a Marriott. And I was a little concerned too. But the experience hasn't changed - still old world and deferentially friendly. We spent 4 days over Thanksgiving and the staff could not have been more...

I stayed here with my husband and 2 1/2 year old son this past October and was very impressed. I was hesitant because there have been some varied reviews on Tripadvisor, but I disqualify those reviews. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the service was impeccable. Multiple bellmen greeted us, one opening the door, another with our suitcases...

My husband and I stayed overnight on thanksgiving eve and met our son for the thanksgiving brunch. The rooms were nice but not exceptional (very old barely functioning iron...steam function did not work). The location was excellent and could not be beat. Free car service was also wonderful. Most of staff helpful and pleasant. The problem...we came a few minutes...

Perfect in every way! Our room was beautiful. Housekeeping very friendly and spoke English. Room Service was prompt, and they could not do enough for us. All employees said Hello when you past them in the hallways. We had come from The Four Seasons in Austin, although that hotel was very nice. The Brown is just Old World Classy! We...

The Brown Palace is a landmark historic hotel in Denver, and once entering inside the atrium it starts to reveal its fascinating late 1800s secrets. Rooms are very nice with period features. The top two floors were redecorated in the 1920s so have a wonderful Art Deco feel. We had a historian take us around and show us the Eisenhauer...

Our room on the 4th floor had a door facing the lobby. After a day of hiking, we wanted to rest before dinner, but the piano and jazz combo plays for hours on end starting late afternoon well into the evening. Not a peaceful moment to relax with all the lobby noise. Our bathroom drain made awful noises day and...
