This is a beautiful, historic little inn with great service. The staff here is superior. The rooms are spacious, very well appointed and very well kept. There is wine reception in the evenings and terrific breakfasts. Michelle, the manager, is terrific.

I stayed at the Patterson for two months during an extended work trip. I stayed in both Gusteau and the Library. Both rooms were absolutely beautiful; however, Gusteau is my favorite room in the entire hotel. The beds are incredibly comfortable--almost like sleeping on air. All of the staff members are friendly, warm, and welcoming and breakfast each morning was...

The people were very nice, room clean and enjoyed the free parking. One small draw back, the shower head could be a little bigger. On a positive note, the tub is big enough for two and the manager had a cold bottle of wine in our room.

This is a beautiful building from 1892. We stayed over a weekend. It was extremely quiet. Our room was on the first floor (antoinette room). It was very large with a king size bed. a very large bathroom. the inn was very clean. The breakfast were french toast one day, and quiche on another. They were nice and packed us...

We came here for a bachelor party and reserved the whole place. If you have a large enough group that is definitely the way to go. All the rooms are unique with wonderful beds and private bathroom. I stayed in the da Vinci room and it had its own patio. This was a great room. The staff was extremely helpful...

The Location, Service & Breakfasts were top notch. There was a special request given to have a bottle of wine w/glasses waiting in the room for My Birthday. (Very Nice!) We were offered an additional fan to help cool the room. Rooms do not have a mini fridge or coffee maker/machine. Coffee is served from about 7am & is a...

There is no way you could possibly have a better stay than at the Patterson Inn. We just had the whole place for a wedding and it was PERFECT. The Inn has a warm and open feel. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Big shout out for the bed and pillows! Rates were fair and the staff are...

We stayed two nights this May before going to Conifer for a High School graduation. It was within walking distance of the Denver Art and History Museums. The street was a historical delight to walk down and we ran into a Docent led discussion in front of the Molly Brown home. The staff at the Inn were helpful in every...

It is our first time in Denver. Due to a terrible delay of the flight and unexpected trouble with car rental we reached the inn at 2 am of the other day. The general manager Michele was so kind to get up at that time to help us park our car and very thoughtfully offered our three year old son...
